John was very informative and ran through the options and what each one had for challenges and benefits. I was very pleased with the professionalism. When it comes time to replace my Boiler I will definitely call these guys.
In fact, they’ve earned my business if anything goes wrong that they can service.

Professional and very helpful. Very respectful and a good man! And the next day, Caleb came over to work on the financing of the furnace and was very professional and great. Patrick came over and cleaned out our ducts. Both of the men today were friendly and professional. I love this local company and have been totally satisfied.

Tristen was was so wonderful - friendly, professional, knowledgable and explained everything I needed to know about what was wrong with my sink backup. He gave me information about the yearly membership and some helpful hints on maintaining my garbage disposal. Great plumber and representative of your company. I will definitely use Peak again.

Mike was super friendly and very knowledgeable! He provided several options for the electric work, and was very detailed in explaining the required worked. I high recommend him for any electrical work!

Tristan was fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very meticulous and walked me through the whole water heater maintenance process. Definitely would recommend him any plumbing services.

Lyle is a dedicated and hard working person. Not what you see every day anymore. He taught me about what he was doing and told me why. I have a very curious mind and he was patient with me and my questions (unlike my kids were when they were younger and brought friends over).

Lyle and Peak Home Performance have been very attentive and always send good people to do the job. I had them service my HVAC system and clean my vents. All systems go working with Peak.

Lastly, if I have had any issues or troubles with anything they were involved with here, they were right on it, that day or the next. Thank you and I sincerely appreciate all of you. Jobs well done!! Bryan.

Caleb was our salesperson and was running behind . He courteously called ahead and asked if it was ok or if he should reschedule. He met with us for over 2 hours and did an excellent job explaining our options about repairing our 21 year old furnace vs new . We opted to replace and the team who came less than a week later to install were pleasant, timely, professional and also did a great job installing and explaining the details . They took time to answer our questions. We are looking forward to a quiet and comfortable HVAC system for many years ahead.

The technician assigned to inspect my furnace was very nice, and did a very thorough job. He identified several issues that could become problematic in the future, but did not push to do repairs that could wait. I feel much more comfortable with the state of my heating system.

Blake came to service my furnace. He did so and upon completion told me of things that were of concern. He showed pictures of potential problems and explained everything thoroughly. He also gave me quotes on potential repairs. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs furnace or A/C services.

Had to get a new furnace, they went above and beyond to get me a new furnace at a very reasonable price. My installer and Bradon were amazing. Best HVAC company i ever worked with. 8f you ever need anything done HVAC or A/C please call these guys you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much. I have heat now thanks to these guys.

Braden Watson was helpful, and explained my boiler system as he performed his work. He was knowledgeable, thorough and not in a rush to explain why my system needed the repair. I appreciate the fact he’s not only an expert, but also a fellow veteran. I’ll stick with Peak Home Performance when I need a service or work.

The installation of an HVAC humidifier by Chris Marshall and his associate was excellent and very professional. He kept us aprized of his arrival time. The installation was accomplished well within the estimated time. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions as to the equipment, it's function and operation.

We would also like to mention Josiah Luebcke who accomplished the initial home survey. He arrived promptly as scheduled. He was courteous and friendly. Very easy to discuss what issues we had about a home humidifier, what benefits it offered to our personal health and benefits to our home. He answered all our concerns. What answers he did not immediately he tracked down through the company.

Weather had impacted the roads, so appointment was a bit late, but once they did arrive I was very pleased with the service. Dante was able to clean out the drains that was impacting furnace performance, explaining what was causing the issue and how it is likely to perform in the future. I had gotten it servced by a different company ~6 months prior and was annoyed that it was already having issues again, but felt that he did a much more thorough job compared to the other company. I eill be calling these guys again for future maintenance, and would definitely recommend to others!

Billy of Peak Home Performance did a fantastic job. He is a super friendly, knowledgeable, technician with an eye for detail. He was informative and I appreciated the special for furnace maintenance that they are running right now. Fantastic Deal. I will use them again especially if he is the HVAC technician they send. Our technician was very informative and personable. He sat patiently and listed out various options to add AC to the home while keeping in mind our goals and budget. My wife and I were given time to assess each option and ask more specific questions that he responds to with great detail.

Marsha, Josh, Ryan and Thomas were all very professional and extremely helpful. Their knowledge and experience put me at ease with purchasing a new furnace and ac system. The new system is working so much better than my old furnace and lm excited to be the heat this summer. They even installed a thermostat I had previously purchased. Highly recommend this group of individuals.

Billy O was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and inspecting in simple terms, making it easy to follow. He didn’t pressure any course of action, he laid out options and explained what the benefits were. Outstanding customer service and knowledge. Would recommend working with Billy O to anyone needing HVAC work.

Ryan did an excellent job with installing the new SPAN electric panel. It was a bit tricky getting the SPAN panel to communicate with my older Tesla gateway, but Ryan was very persistent in getting the job done. It works great! Again, I’m very pleased with the quality of work done through Peak Home Performance. AAA+

Marshall and his team did a great job installing the Daikin heat pump and duel furnace. Everything from the work inside and outside was done with quality and detail. And afterwards, all was cleaned up very nicely. Very happy with Peak Home Performance!

Peak Home Performance recently did an HVAC install for me. The whole process from estimation to delivery was great! Everyone was professional, friendly and very transparent. I recently noticed my humidifier wasn’t working (after the install), and I called and they got someone out right away to have it fixed (just a wire in the wrong place) at no charge. 5/5 would recommend!

Marvin was the tech that came to fix my bathtub. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he could help me understand the situation and how he was able to fix it. He was a helpful and professional person and I’d recommend him to anyone!

Josh was super nice and respectful. He was very informative. He made it super easy for us to make a smart decision. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.
