We have been using Robbins for a cpl of years now. They kept a swamp cooler unit running that was probably the original unit to the home. And replaced it today, after squeezing us in and not making us wait weeks. We were spoken to respectfully and given options for various budgets by Richard. Richard went above and beyond to work us into his schedule and even met with us later to solidify the details. Our furnace also is original and needs replacing for efficiency reasons. —Never— do I feel pressured, I am only ever provided with helpful info and their help to keep us running.
Brenda is always the poor lady that gets stuck with me on the phone in my moments of panic. She got us on schedule when we were due to have people in our home for graduation. And she knows what our schedule is so they can best service us when we need it and is best for us. Probably the best customer service phone person I have spoken to since I have lived in New Mexico.
I have had a cpl of the guys at our home for swamp cooler and furnace starts and stops. Sorry guys I don’t remember all your names. But they are always polite respectful and clean. They talk to me so -I- can understand what is happening and what the options are. They also are very understanding and tolerant of barking dogs and curious kitties who try to inspect their tools. 😊
Dee and Thijs were my techs today. And both were well spoken and polite. And fast!!!! They took the time at every point to make sure I knew what was happening.
This is a business to be proud of with great employees. And I would recommend them to anyone who asks me.

I've had a very good experience with Robbins for the last 10 years. They installed a new furnace and AC for me in another house, repaired the furnace at my current house and maintained my heating and cooling systems annually. Their service people are always on time, polite and do a thorough job. The same can be said of Kenny who was at my house yesterday to service my AC.

We have been using Robbins for our Colorado Property for quite a while and they have been wonderful. They work with our tenants on scheduling and are always prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Woke up to no hot water (boiler system). I called Robbins and Dallas was out within the hour. Frank joined him shortly and the two of them diagnosed the problem, fixed it, explained it to me, and triple checked the whole system within an hour after that. Very pleased with their expertise, responsiveness, pricing and cheerful attitudes!

I just had my yearly furnace check-up completed...was so efficient and thorough and the price is by a yearly (3 year in my case) contract. The price is very fair for the work done to keep my furnace operational. This is the very same company that installed my furnace back in 1975 and it is still doing well. It is hot water heat and even though it is old, it is such a simple system that it just continues to do the job! We have been very happy with Robbins Heating and Air Conditioning through the years.

Been using Robbins for more than 30years and have always been highly satisfied, and this time was no exception. Our technician today, Hunter, was friendly, prompt, and highly proficient just as I have come to expect from Robbins.

Lance was awesome! He made sure to do a very thorough checkup on our mini-split system. Super courteous and professional.

Brett thoroughly cleaned all components of the furnace, made multiple electrical tests, tested the gas pressure, then checked for gas leaks and carbon monoxide. He explained the whole process to us as he was working, giving us confidence that our heating system is working well and is in good shape as we head into winter. Robbins will be coming back this spring to go through the air conditioning system.

Our furnace went out during the night. Next morning I called Robbins Heating and they dispatched a tech right away. Chris came out within 45 minutes of my request for service. He checked everything over, cleaned it, and replaced a part. He explained everything he was doing and was super personable. The total cost was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company.

I am completely satisfied with Dallas, and he deserves 10 stars. He found the reason our compressor failed and we never would have known were it not for his determination to figure out the reason for failure after only 3 years. Honest, trustworthy employee.

We recently had Robbins come out for an annual furnace service, Mike was our technician and he was professional, pleasant and skilled. He found a few issues with our furnace and made several suggestions. We reviewed his suggestions and opted to get a quote on a new furnace. Mike made a call and Steve came out within 30 minutes, rearranging his schedule to make it easier for our family. Steve presented different system options, sent detailed quotes and left us all the information we needed to make a good decision for our home. We looked into second opinions as a matter of due diligence and found Robbins to be the most competitive bid. George and Tom came out to do the install, they were on time and fantastic. George included my 3 year old son, making him feel like a huge helper. George and Tom went above and beyond during the entire install process to inform us, include us and be consummate professionals. We highly recommend Robbins for all levels of service for you heating needs.

today 25 Sept 25 Dylan Watson came to my house and my sons house and did the yearly maintenance for both of our furnaces. He came early and did this work and did a fine job with the service of both furnaces. I would sure recommend this young man for any work and I hope to work with him in the future. Thank you all for taking good care of these things.

August, 2024: As a homeowner with little understanding regarding HVAC, I rely on a tech to do preventive maintenance. This guys have been super. We have had Hunter, Dan, Dallas and most recently Frank. I highly recommend this folks.

Good customer service.

We had a brand new AC Unit installed in our recently purchased house, which was built in 1954. The Robbins team did an amazing job ensuring that everything was hooked up correctly. Because the wiring in our house is a bit older the installation took more time than expected, but they stuck to their estimate and ensured they left with the best product in place. When winter rolled around a few months later, we had an issue switching to our heater. They came out and quickly fixed the issue for no additional fee. They have amazing customer service and work ethic, and I'll be recommending them to all family and friends in the future!

About a week ago at 8pm our heater quit working, and both my small kids were sick (It was cold enough in our house that we had to turn the oven on and open the door) . We didn't have a heating company, so I looked up some companies online. I called Robbins Heating and Air (after closing) and spoke to a very pleasant young man named Hunter. Within 45 minutes Hunter was at my house, and he walked me through everything he was doing for diagnostics and answered every question I had. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was very upfront about estimates, as well. Within 4 hours of our heater quitting it was functioning and producing heat again. I cannot reccomend this company enough! We'll be using Robbins for all our heating needs! Thank you Hunter!

Dallas took great care of us! He was great at explaining the issue with my furnace, what it would take to fix it, and what to look out for in the future to keep it running well. The service he provided was light years ahead of the last HVAC company I used. I just appreciate the great customer service he provided!

Excellent service and timing. They arrive on time and fix the problem! The technicians I've had are very knowledgeable, efficient, and they explain what they do to repair the issue. I especially like Robbin's 3 Service Package over a year and a half.
