The service was impeccable! They were honest and helpful. They saved me from paying 14,000 dollars that another company had quoted me. My technician explained what he was doing and what to look for if I had another problem. I will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs from now on.

Craig and his crew are always prompt and efficient during scheduled spring and fall maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning units. Thoughtful suggestions and priorities for preventive care are provided, which allows me to decide what my budget will allow today. Craig prices his services and products fairly too. I would not consider using anyone else to care for my heating and cooling needs.

I have been using Rocky Mountain Climate since 2013 when I had them install a new furnace and A/C in my house. They were very fast and professional back then and, 8 years later, they continue to provide prompt, friendly and professional service when coming to do maintenance on my furnace and A/C every 6 months. It's nice to not even wonder who I'm going to call for my next HVAC service. Rocky Mountain Climate is it!

This company is amazing ! We’re so helpful in getting my motor replaced on my furnace. I highly recommend them. I’ve been using them for quite a few years.. I definitely recommend them once again there Fast , Friendly , and Efficient !!

This is an amazing company!! We had got a quote from a different company 3 years ago told us that we needed $3500 of work done to our AC unit. We just left it. Then called Rocky Mountian Heating and Cooling. They were very professional and nice. They fixed it for ALOT less and told us what was actually wrong with it. Than what we got a quote for the first time. I highly recommend this company!

May 2018: Very happy with the new HVAC system that was installed by the Rocky Mountain Climate crew. Bob was very thorough in answering all my questions and concerns about the system. His crew was very professional and caring to ensure the job was done right. A great experience. I definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Climate to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or just looking to upgrade their current system. I also use RMCH&C for annual HVAC maintenance services. The service personnel are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I've learned better settings for my system and I look forward to their visits.
2023 Update: I continue to use Rocky Mountain Climate to service my HVAC system and continue to have only good things to say. My latest visit on 26 Oct 23, was the same cheerful service and the tech arrived early, after calling me to ensure that it was OK (his previous appointment ended sooner than expected).
Latest Update: 8 April 2024 tech again called early because he was ahead of schedule to perform routine maintenance on the cooling (A/C) part of the system this time, and fixed a previously overlooked problem with the moisture drainage. Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Still very happy with them and their services.

We were/are so very happy with Rocky Mtn Climate!! We have been using them for smaller things, just to check the furnace and AC once or twice a year to make sure everything is okay. We'll as luck would have it, being almost 20 years old, we finally needed a new AC unit. Every one at Rocky Mtn Climate worked together and took care of us in 1 day. They are very reasonable, reliable, respectful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and walked us through everything. We will definitely continue to use them and will absolutely refer them to anyone 👍.

We have not used Rocky Mountain for a repair yet but they were very quick to respond and helpful with questions. The quote we were given is right in line with what we've been told. They came highly recommended!

Just had central AC installed in my bungalow, couldn't be happier! The entire experience from estimate to install was effectively communicated, fairly priced, and well performed. I couldn't be home the day of the install due to last minute changes in my schedule, but I always felt comfortable with them in my home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience all around, will definitely recommend them to everyone I know that needs HVAC work! Also great knowing I was supporting a local business and Veterans!

Rocky Mountain Climate is an amazing company! They installed and serviced by AC and have helped with minor repairs along the way (like a small gas leak at my furnace--which they did not install). Their customer service is prompt and positive. I have no complaints and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

There are good companies and not so good ones, I feel very fortunate to have found Rocky Mountain Climate to install our new furnace when a roof leak required us to replace it in 2013.

I understand this is a family owned business and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the time, effort and dedication they had for me and my home. During the install process I felt like I was their highest priority and they were there until the job was complete and I was satisfied. A lot of companies out there treat customers like cattle, “get them in get them out”. Not this one!

November 2017 I called them to service evaluate, and clean the unit for the sale of my home. As always the service and dedication was exceptional. I was scheduled next day, not weeks out and the service was above and beyond.

Like I said there are good companies and not so good ones, this one has been EXCEPTIONAL for me. I wish I could have them available for all my HVAC needs at my new home, unfortunately we are out of the area.

My wife and I decided to have a low intensity infrared tube heater installed in our home garage as we needed the ability to maintain normal room temperatures due to some equipment I store and use in my job. We called several heating and cooling companies and most either never called back, came out to do an estimate, or came out and gave an outrageous quote for the work. When we called the folks at Rocky Mountain Climate, they came out very quickly and assessed our needs. Craig and Bob were awesome to work with. They gave us a good quote later the same day and their installers they sent were awesome. Our unit was installed properly, passed city code inspections with no problems and now our garage is just as comfortable as the inside of our home, which is what we needed. I now have my "go to" company for any future heating/cooling service needs!!

We needed a new blower motor for our furnace and decided to try RMCH. Steve came out and was a professional. Made the repair quick and was on his way. They will definitely will be our go to going forward.

Absolutely appreciate and like RMCH for our home. They went above and beyond for our system, and our home is warm and happy! A maintenance check with technician Alex went well, he was clean and professional and our system still runs smooth as day 1.

I was in the market for a new furnace, possibly a new A/C unit also. I was referred to Rocky Mountain Climate from a neighbor. Jason was very friendly and professional at the initial appointment. I told him up front that he was my 3rd appointment and I just needed to know what was the differences between TRANE and the other manufactures. He was very diligent and took his time to explain it to me. After looking at the numbers, financing options and locality of the shop, I decided to go with Rocky Mountain Climate.

I called the offiec several time and worked with Ashley and Frankie. They were great and patient with me. Since I was doing the financing option, I wanted to know all the specifics before moving forward. Schduling was a breeze and they were very accommodating due to some previous commitments that I already had.

The installers called me the morning of my schedule date, to tell me that they were on their way. The office/shop is 5 minutes away from my residence. Pretty convenient. LOL!!! They showed up on time, as well as the electrician, and were very friendly, courteous and professional! They were great to work with and answered my questions when asked of. The install took a good part of the day.

My overall experience with Rocky mountain Climate was GREAT and would definitely recommend them!!! They were great to work with and was very pleased that I chose them.

When my water heater went out (on a Saturday) I first called the company that installed my original one knowing that I may have an issue as the new water heaters were going to be too big for my current space. While they were responsive and called me back first thing Monday - I talked to a sales guy who simply had me measure the doorway. It was determined it was too small but that he could quote me for a smaller water heater - and he never called back. I then called Rocky Mountain as I had them out for furnace tune-ups before and they were always very pleasant. I did not have to take measurements, instead they sent Craig out that same morning. Craig went above and beyond to get me a new water heater including arranging for the city and plumbers to come out as my water meter had to be moved to fit the new heater. I had everything installed by Friday afternoon the same week. During this time Craig was very apologetic as he actually felt bad that I had no hot water, nor by Tues had any shower water. The installers were wonderful as well! Very professional and thorough. There was one issue where they had to come back out to take off some tape for inspection and Wayne (I think was his name) noticed my door to closet of heater was loose and fixed that for me. Cannot say enough great things about this company and they certainly will be my first and last call for any future heating/cooling needs. Thanks so much for going the extra mile Rocky Mountain!

Incredible group of employees that do great work. I had an issue with my heater as winter is approaching, and they came the very next day to fix the issue. They are also very honest and dont try to charge you ridiculous amounts of money like a lot of other places do.

Rocky Mountain Climate was on time and kept me informed of when they would arrive. They also gave me opportunities to ask questions before their arrival thru text messaging. Very professional company to work with. Alex was very polite and informative.

Steve was awesome. He listened to me explain what was going on with my AC. He then diagnosed the problem and explained the best options with a fair price. What’s more, is that Steve didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need like other companies have done in the past. That’s very refreshing. I am extremely happy with my experience and will call Rocky Mountain Climate Heating and Cooling the next time I am in need of service.

Rocky Mountain Climate Always does a great job for me. I have used them for a number of years and they always deliver! Gene always provides great service and is fun to talk with. Just like an old friend! Office staff is friendly and courteous and they always find a way to service my HVAC when it’s most convenient to me.
