My A/C cooling stopped working on a Thursday. I looked for A/C repair online near me. Matt called me the next morning and although this is the busiest time of the year for him, and he was booked, he offered to stop by after 5pm and look at my A/C. He called me 2x to confirm arrival and arrived on time. He fixed my A/C right away and I couldn't be happier. He is very professional and does excellent work. He goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Townsend Mechanical. Even the company who installed my A/C, the owner, didn't bother to help me out, said couldn't come until mid-August, which irritated me, since I paid him very good money (above average from what others paid) for my A/C and installation. I will not use them anymore. I will now hire Matt for all my A/C and Heating matters. Thank you so very much, Matt, you exceeded my expectations.

Matt and his helper replaced our gas water heater. They were knowledgeable, respectful of us, our time and our home, efficient and the price was very fair. This is our second time using them and we won't hesitate to call them again.

Matt was able to meet with us about a water heater leak the day that we contacted him. He and his team showed up on time to do the job. Professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

I got a call from my tenant saying the furnace wasn't working on a very cold day. I was referred to Matt from another Realtor friend of mine. I called Matt and he was able to get to the house within an hour and had the furnaced fixed by mid afternoon the same day. He called me a few times with updates and I was billed the same day and was easy to pay online.

From the first phone call to the final installation of a new furnace, Townsend Mechanical more than met my expectations! Mathew and his team are very knowledgeable. professional and were punctual for every appointment. Finally, Mathew followed up to insure the furnace permit was finalized within days of the installation. That's excellent service.

Townsend Mechanical saved us over $3200 by not trying to sell us a gas regulator that we didn't need. Two other companies were happy to take our money but Townsend said to call the gas company and upgrade our meter which was all we needed and cost $200. They have integrity and we were so impressed by their honesty that we tell everyone we know. If we install a.c. in our home, they will be the ones to do the work!

Matt and Shawn are the guys you want to help you with HVAC issues. They were honest about the condition of my unit but didn’t push to sell me anything. Lets talk about a high quality professional who went above and beyond with our replacement furnace installation. Matt answered many, many questions, helped us look at best options, was open and transparent on pricing, arrived when he said he would, had a fantastic crew who all work well together, were so clean and tidy you can't tell they were there! They hauled out two furnaces and really sorted out the duct work for better air circulation. The old one from 1960 was a big steel beast - hauling it from a basement was not easy - and they took care of recycling all the materials. I could not be happier with the whole process start to finish. Matt knows his job and you couldn't be in better hands.

5 stars again for the great team at Townsend Mechanical (from the office to the technicians). Our house was built in 2000 and at the time bathroom vents were allowed to be vented into the attic. After noticing some signs of mold in the attic I called Mike to come and quote for venting to the outside. The very reasonable quote covered new fans (ooh so quiet!), new venting runs and the roof work. The team showed up when scheduled and completed the work as promised. Have already recommended them to neighbors for their attic checks. Thanks for providing 5 star service.

Highly recommend. Townsend Mechanical recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. We were very pleased with their work. Both old units were removed and the new ones installed in one day. They arrived, on time at 8:30am and were gone by 2:30. The workers were efficient and respectful of our property. The price was fair, actually the best of other bids. Mathew is a friendly, down to earth guy and very knowledgeable of his products

Matt is awesome! He fixed our furnace in great timing he was very polite, he even took his boots off at the door 😂 every step was very professional. We didn't even go 24 hours without having heat so thank you so much Matt, you're amazing! Highly recommend Townsend mechanical!
