Tristian from San Antonio, TX, completed our house cleaning, and I was surprised that only one cleaner was sent for the move-in clean. The cleaning was scheduled for a house with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and he managed the entire job by himself. He did an excellent job and was very efficient. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work.

Eliana is always prompt, on time. Sometimes she needs reminding about places she did not dust. She is always polite and graciously finishes where I would like for her too

Hired this company for a move out cleaning. I had to leave while they were cleaning so I didn’t get to see the final result until the next day, and I was so disappointed. They get a second star because the stove and fridge looked great, but otherwise…there was still dirt on the floors as well as easily removable spots in the laminate. I had to come back in and re-sweep and swiffer the laminate. Countertops still had spots/had not been wiped down. On top of not doing a great job cleaning, one of the bathrooms had new spots on the mirror (easy fix, fortunately) that had not been there before, and there was a new stain on the carpet in my basement (really ironic as I had added on carpet cleaning service which was clearly not done, and very unfortunate as I had already shipped my personal carpet cleaner). For the amount I paid, to have to go back through the house and re-clean areas was just not okay

My experience with Sergeant Suds Cleaning Service DBA Carlson Legacy Group was a study in jarring contrast, leaving me completely underwhelmed and frustrated. The initial consultation with the gentleman who ran the service was promising; he had a great sense of what his company could offer and convinced me to book both carpet and house cleaning services.

The carpet cleaning portion was handled by a wonderful young lady named Monica. She was a breath of fresh air—a true professional who took great pride in her work. Monica was hardworking and meticulous, making sure her results were nothing short of excellent. She was also great about explaining her process and offering maintenance tips. Monica was absolutely awesome, and I would use her again in a heartbeat if I ever needed my carpets cleaned.

Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended.

The house cleaning job was an absolute disaster—a textbook example of a half-finished, shoddy job. It was clear the cleaner rushed through or simply didn't care about the quality of the work.

I immediately spoke to the owner about this unacceptable result. He stated he would have someone come back out to finish the job properly. That promise, however, was completely hollow. No one ever showed up, and the job was never completed. I was left with a partially cleaned house and a profound sense of disappointment and being let down.

I paid for two services and only received one satisfactory result. The failure to follow through on the promise to correct the substandard house cleaning makes me regret trusting Carlson Legacy Group with the full job. While Monica deserves five stars, the company's overall execution and lack of follow-up on the house cleaning was terrible.

They will send a random untrained person to your house who has had no background check while promising that they are a top employee. Pick a different company. As you can see, they have no accountability for their employees as indicated by the response. There is no vetting process.
