Kivahn and Marley were very competent plumbers. They communicated well about what they were going to do and made sure I understood. They installed a new spigot for the garden and I am so excited to not have to haul water any more! I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Elite rooter came out quick to install my toilet for me the technician kivahn did a great job and even did a whole inspection on plumbing in my home to make sure all my plumbing was in good condition

Quickly diagnosed a blocked drain line attached to my water softener. Removed collapsed section of hose. Rerouted and secured drain line. Clifton was very professional, explained the diagnosis and repair.

Chris came out and got q bunch of tree roots out causing a back up of water but the problem was still going on so he had Clifton come out and together they made it happen! Kivahn and Steven came out to give me an estimate for relocating plumbing for a kitchen remodel. They were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be using them for my project.

The crew that came out in the middle of the night Civagn and Steven were amazing. My dad who is on hospice needed emergency services and Elite was the only ones they could make it to the house within an hour. Polite and professional!

It took longer to sign (estimate )paperwork. 5 min, then he got to work and was done within 4 min.fast, efficient, friendly. Kivahn did a great job replacing our toilet. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond service pointing out issues I might have with further work related to the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Kivahn was very Professional, informative, and patient as I asked a lot of questions. He explained in detail the problem. Then walked through the solution, and as he performed the work, showed us the buildup in the pipes. The task was arduous and timely, but Kivahn did an Awesome job! When the work was done, he cleaned everything up. I was so happy with the work, that I decided to join their membership program. And scheduled him to come back out and drain clean three showers in our home. The best experience we have had over the past 20-years we’ve lived in our home. We now have a permanent plumbing service company! Highly recommended Elite Rooter for any plumbing needs!
