We recommend Mark at Pro Power Rooter for his wonderful service and thoughtful attention to detail. Our water bills skyrocketed and Mark came out to fix the problem. In less than an hour, he cleaned two clogged sinks, checked the line to the main, and stopped the leak, plus showed us how to detect and address future problems. The price was fantastic and we are very thankful! Highly recommended!

Mark did an exceptional job freeing our drains from root blockage. He stayed late to make sure we were taken care of in all of our plumbing needs and even took a look at our washer for us. Was give Mark's number by my daughter who has also used him. Let's just say this man is amazing!! He came out to fix our leaky faucet & did an excellent job! He even took the time out to give us an estimate on flipping our washroom around! We had a major leak at 7 PM on a Thursday. I called about five companies who claimed to operate 24/7. Mark was one of just two to respond, and the only one to do so in a timely manner. He was very responsive via text and transparent about fair pricing. When he arrived, he identified the problem in less than five minutes and had it repaired in under two hours. We had a weekend pipe leak and Mark was the only one who responded to our numerous messages that we left on local plumber's voicemail. Mark is Amazing. Came over at 7:30 pm to work on a sewer drain. We ran into some significant challenges and Mark literally stayed until 3:30 am and made sure everything was done because we have family in town and we needed the facilities. After 8 hours of back breaking work he only asked for the original quote. I gave him extra because he earned it. Great and dependable guy. Highly recommend and my sewer pipes look like brand new and they are 50 years old.

Mark is AWESOME! Was referred to Pro Power by a friend. Recently had some work done on my house by another plumbing company and during that time my water heater started leaking. The other plumber quickly quoted a full replacement of the unit. The quote was VERY steep so I called Pro Power because of the great word of mouth reference I got from my friend. I’m VERY glad I did! Mark came out, fully assessed the situation and told me it wasn’t the water heater, but the regulator for the house. Mark replaced just regulator and saved me $1,900.00! It’s great when you get to work with people who are honest, thoughtful and experts at what they do. My friends and family now know who to use for their plumbing needs. No one else touches my house when it comes to plumbing but these guys! Thank you again Mark and Pro Power Rooter.

Mark was amazing when he came out to help with a backed up sewer line. He walked me through the whole process and was explaining what he was doing as he was doing it. He helped educate me on how to be proactive so the lines don't get backed up again. He runs a great business and is all about how to save you money in the future. I would recommend him to anyone and he will be who I call the next time I need the lines cleaned.

Called another company to have my pipes rootered just as maintenance. They said my pipes were going to collapse any day and I needed a 14k pipe replacement. I called Marc for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. Marc had to rooter my pipes again because the other company didn't do a good job, but I don't need the costly repair. This company is amazing. We returned from a vacation to find our kitchen sink was now clogged. We called them and they were able to fit us on short notice. Mark arrived at the house a little later than usual but we were grateful to have him at the house no matter the time. He took one look at our clogged drain and jumped to the repair and fixed it in record time. Our drains started to clog with wastewater backing up into our tub late on a Saturday evening. It was next to impossible to get anybody else out, but Mark was able to come by same day. He was responsive, courteous and thorough, sticking around until 2am to make sure the job was done and done right. He also provided many recommendations to help us avoid this issue going forward. Greatly appreciated and would definitely use again for other plumbing needs.

We had several people work on our clogged sink nobody could fix it. Mark not only showed up on a Saturday but showed up early. Had the sink fixed in about 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend Pro Power Rooter and will be using them again if needed!

Mark has helped us twice now with cleaning out our main line. Both times he has provided us same day service. The first time he wanted to see our lines from the inside and ran his camera down after cleaning the drain just to make sure it was good. He is super professional and is extremely efficient. The second time he was in and out of the house in less than 15 minutes. We will be using him regularly for preventive maintenance to prevent any backup again.

When we had a clog causing some huge issues. Mark came to the house pretty late at night and checked the cause and determined it was roots in the lines. He got them cleared pretty quick and returned the next day or so to hydro-jet the lines. Upon doing that the lines looked much better on his camera he put into the pipes. He worked with us on the pricing and they were a good bit lower than anyone else we contacted. Thank you very much Mark and I think we found our new plumber!
