Owner Jim cares very much about taking care of his customers. He did a great job helping us out with the entire process from submitting the claim, being there for the adjuster estimate, and then following through with the job. They were fast and efficient. I was very satisfied with the work High Performance recently completed; this included outside painting and several home repairs. Jim, the owner of High Performance, was professional in every phase of the project (the initial estimate to the final completion). He even completed a few minor things outside the contract. His crew completed the work and cleaned up satisfactorily. I can recommend High Performance for your future projects.

Jim did our roof and gutters damaged by hail. Everything was done quickly and done well. We had some problems with our claim but Jim got us scheduled for the work right away. Anything that we had laying around in the way of the workers was moved back where it was when they finished. Everything was cleaned up out of the yard and removed. Jim even made an extra stop to paint some flashing after the job was finished. We will definitely pass his name along to friends.

High Performance replaced my roof after the several bad storms Colorado Springs had. I chose this company because Jim was very knowledgable, helpful with claims, and attentive to the customer. My roof was done great and looks amazing, he even upgraded to the Class 4 shingles for free. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Jim was fantastic in getting our wood shake roof replaced and installing new gutters. He was willing to work with us on price until we were satisfied, which was very much appreciated for a family on a budget! 2 years after Jim and his crew installed my roof, I noticed a small water leak. One phone call later, Jim personally inspected my roof and fixed it up. Jim is great to deal with, answers his phone and responds to text, arrives promptly to appointments, and is more than happy to break things down to the minutia of what's going to happen, when, and their costs. I don't worry about my roof, but I know that if something happened again, I'd call Jim first.

High Performance provided work on our home ranging from paint to roofing. Everything was done to an exceptional level of satisfaction and they were all very nice to work with. The pricing was very competitive but the materials that High Performance used were much higher quality making it the best choice for us. The owner, Jim also went above and beyond for us and came back to take care of an unrelated issue for us at a later time.

I used High Performance Construction to repair my roof and very happy I choose them. The owner Jim Lancaster really cares about making his customers happy and threw in some nice extras at no charge while doing my repairs (from the hail storm in July 2016) like upgrading our skylights, gutters, repaired some interior walls and upgraded our shingles to storm class 4 level at a low extra charge that should save us money with our insurance company in the future.

They did my roof the day before Thanksgiving and I have Dish Network as my satellite company and unfortunately when they put my dish back up they didn't have it aligned correctly so I had no television service and Jim came back out and got my service working again so we had service on Thanksgiving even though he had never worked on a satellite dish before. He wants the customer to be happy! Jim examines your house and if he observes anything that should be repaired or needs attention he will let you know to help you.
