I used Black Bear for the first time recently because the company I used previously was no longer in business. I was nervous to try someone new but was pleasantly surprised. I had a large tree between two houses that needed to be removed. They were efficient, polite, and respectful of my property. I would recommend them.

Ryan and his team were right on time and worked hard. The clean up was great! Ryan was the one arborist that I spoke with prior to hiring that recommended that I speak with the fire department first and get their input. Very pleased with the outcome.

Had them come to trim our tree that had a lot of dead branches. They did a great job trimming the tree. They cleaned up all the dead branches and sticks even the ones that where there prior to the work they did. When one branch fell and broke a small part of our fence, mind you our fence is really old and partially dry rotted, if it had been newer it wouldn't have broke. Regardless, they fixed it and left it better then it was pre-brake! Really speaks to the intgrity of the company. They were quick efficient and really went above and beyond! 10/10 definitely recommend them for any tree care you may need.

My name is Michael, I was under an extremely tight timeline to complete this job. I underestimated the time it would take to pull three pine stumps. I called four companies and Black Bear Tree Care was the only company who picked-up at three rings. Black Bear took time and interest in my job. They came to the house for an estimate, arrived early, gave me a fair price, and the next day was on site doing exactly what he said he would do, on time. They offer discounts for the military. Black Bear Tree Care was excellent to work with! Our large pine fell during the snow storm and we were left with an enormous pile of branches and huge stump! I hired Black Bear Tree Care to remove two large dead birch trees and to prune a large ash tree on my property and they did an excellent job! From the time they came out to provide an estimate to the completion of the tree service they were professional, thorough, and safe. They did such a great job removing our large, dead cottonwood tree from our backyard. So grateful for this team to come so quickly and remove it safely as this tree was in a tricky spot close to our home. They clearly know what they are doing and cleaned up everything well. Highly recommend!
