Highly recommend! We have used these guy's for several projects requiring trees to be cut down. I was so happy to see them still around when we needed help with removal of pine beetles. They stepped up and was here the same week. Thank you for all the help! we'll see you soon for mitigation work.

I needed some dimensional lumber for a deck project and Bob took care of me. He cut a post to the exact dimensions I needed and saved me a lot of money over what it would have cost to special offer it from the big box store. I highly recommend them.

When the insurance company sent us a letter saying cut down trees by your house or your homeowner policy will be cancelled. We scrambled to find a tree man and are so happy we found Lind Tree Service. We had several large trees that needed to go. This company did a fantastic job and was very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service. They are professional, courteous and fast. They cut down the trees and shredded all the branches. They can either take your logs or leave. We had them leave the logs as we can use them for our fireplace! Dont hesitate to use Lind Tree Service!!!

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the good people at Lind Tree Service. They have been doing work at our home for nearly three years now, and have taken a leadership role in our neighborhood, helping us all after the Black Forest Fire. Timely, professional, and really helpful in giving you strategies for mitigation. Great family, men of their word, and service with a careful attention to safety, value, and educating the homeowner about options and ways to get a plan together for the safety and health of your forest/acreage.

The most honest & reliable arborist company I have worked with! Truly professional, fairly priced with great advice to help keep the trees healthy long after they are gone. I appreciate that they are licensed/insured, and that they come out for free to give their bid on potential work. Great team that we highly recommend. 👏
*Editing to add that I have been working with them for over 20 years (and serving this community for almost 30!) and in all that time they have done nothing but stellar work. In fact many of the local HOA presidents know and reccomend them as well as having a wonderful relationship with other local arborist companies and even the fire department praised them for saving homes during the black forest fire with their excellent mitigation. All this to say, we really appreciate them and the gorgeous aftermath of their crew's hard work! 10/10 -
It's puzzling why a business would risk getting a bad review these days by ignoring a prospective customer, even when business may be so good that it's tempting to cater only to current and/or big accounts.
This summer my husband emailed Lind Tree Service, describing our problem and asking to be contacted preferably by email or secondarily by phone. To date, there has been no answer. The email address used was copied and pasted from their website. It seems many businesses never answer the email shown on their Contact Us webpage, which is especially puzzling and counterproductive.
One day after my husband sent the email, which I didn’t know about at the time, a pickup truck pulled up, and a man came out and knocked on one of our several side doors. I was busy and alone upstairs and didn’t feel like responding to a stranger’s visit. That night, told my husband about it, mentioning a distinctive frame built over the pickup’s bed. My husband’s guess was that it MAY have been a tree service truck given the pickup’s bed modification, perhaps designed to contain tree cuttings. Here, we rarely get visits, let alone unannounced visits, so it seemed related to the previous day’s email, which mentioned our general neighborhood but purposefully left out our street address. But given a prospective customer’s name and neighborhood, it’s easy to look up the address and drive by for a quick look at our trees or whatever. This incident may be unrelated to our email, but getting that visit made me wonder if someone thought that looking up us up and dropping by uninvited was somehow better than answering the email as we specifically asked for.
About a week later, my husband called the phone number on their website. No answer. He left a message, mentioning the unanswered email. We got a voicemail later that day about business being busy. We called back about half hour later. Again no answer. We just hung up, determined to find a different solution.
That solution was to get our own equipment and cut the trees ourselves. The DIY job takes longer to do of course. The most satisfying part is knowing that we’re now much be less reliant on “professional” service, thanks to the unsuccessful contact attempts described above. It would be so much better to promptly answer customers' emails and phone calls.
