Rosendo and the Alvarez team are so thorough, so diligent, and really take pride in their work. They worked on so many aspects of home repair and were able to handle everything in house, including plumbing, electrical, flooring installation, drywall, fresh interior and exterior paint and even a thorough deep clean of house and yard work. They took down and replaced a concrete slab and porch and turned it into a backyard oasis with a gorgeous new second-story deck (and handled all of the complicated aspects of getting it permitted and approved by the city of Denver complete with architect sign-off, etc). Rosendo was the most communicative contractor I've ever worked with and made the whole process as clean and simple as possible. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again, you guys!
