I would never hire anyone else! Mario went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and economically. He spent much longer than necessary explaining to me how my systems worked and answering my questions. I am so happy with the service I received, I would recommend his services to all my friends!

Mario was very knowledgeable and very quick to find the issue and find a solution to our HVAC problem. Our heater went out on the first day of freezing weather. I called Mario, and he was able to fix the problem in a timely manner! I recommend these guys for sure, and I will definitely be calling them for our spring clean out.

I can’t more highly recommend 360 Heating and Air Conditioning But that is totally because of their technician, Mario Garcia. He came to get my swamp cooler up and running but he went Way beyond that. He explained how it worked, how to turn it on and what to do if I had trouble with it. But he didn’t stop there. He helped me to understand how my boiler worked and showed me all of the different areas where it could be turned on. He also helped me with my steam shower as well as offering to set up a small air conditioner which he suggested I wait to set up until I felt how the swamp cooler worked. He showed me how to turn on my gas fireplace!! I think he would have painted my house if I asked!! Good service is hard to come by but this was GREAT service!! Don’t hesitate to call this company!!

Mario has been incredibly knowledge, patient and helpful. He’s the first person I’ve worked with on fixing a bad install (by someone else) who is trying to help me most economically and not squeeze every penny out of me possible. Really thankful I found him. Couldn’t recommend him enough !!!!!!!

Mario is the best. I was really worried when I needed HVAC maintenance that I was going to get someone who would talk over my head with the potential to take advantage. I called Mario because he had the best reviews… and I was super lucky to find out that they’re all true. He was responsive, quick to help, and explained EVERYTHING to me in detail. I feel like I know more about my HVAC system and Denver city regulations than I ever knew I needed. He instills trust in his process and I will definitely be using him again.

We were having problems with our furnace, I contacted the company we bought it from, and I was re-scheduled 3 times. I finally just canceled the appt. Mario is our neighbor, and I saw him outside and asked if he'd be able to look at our unit. He said, "Yes, let me grab my tools." It litrually took him 15 minutes and a very simple repair. I'd definitely contact him for future service.

Mario was very responsive since we first contacted him. He listened to all our concerns and explanations. He was over prepared and already has the piece that was misfiring in his car to be replaced. He got out furnace working again in under two hours, and with the weather we are having it was such a relief to have a warm home again. We will be reaching out to him for all our hvac needs.

Mario was super responsive, knowledgeable and available when our AC went out. I contacted him first thing in the morning and he was able to come within a few hours which I appreciated on a 92 degree day. His remedy was quick and efficient. We will use him again if anything else comes up!

360 Heating and Air gave me a reasonable quote for a new furnace. The other quote I received was twice as much. Mario and his crew were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.
