Luis Ramos & Luis Valadez both are extremely professional & helpful. We have been using Go Direct for several years & have been extremely satisfied with their service. We have HIGHLY recommended them to others.

We have an old, rather weird house. Go Direct was the third company I called, but the first that didn't simply tell me they couldn't help. Luis was very courteous and clear about the issues, and helped me work out a solution. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing and why, and the price was very reasonable.

Fantastic company! Very honest, helpful and affordable. We've used this company numerous times and have always had an A+ experience. Only company you should call.

Luis Valadez was absolutely top-notch—timely, professional and respectful. Not one thing disturbed on our property and estimate and video site ready within 15 hours of contact. What a wonderful team—and what a comfort when facing a full line replacement. I learned a great deal and was treated with respect and kindness. I’d recommend (and do) GoDirect to anyone!

Great service and great people. They come every year to proactively clean the main line. The staff is always professional making sure they leave things better then it was, and conscious to clean shoes and equipment before coming in the house, and call when on their way. I truly appreciate that extra consideration!

Luis Ramos came out and was fantastic and thorough with his work. i had other plumbing companies come out and they tried and could not get the line cleared. Luis stayed with it and got it cleaned out all the way to the main line. Luis is is very knowledgeable and kept the area clean during his work. I will recommend Go Direct Plumbing Sewer and Water to everyone I know. The price was very good and cheaper than others who could not get the job done! Very impressed with Luis and this company and I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

GoDirect recently repaired/replaced our curbstop, replaced our old black poly pipe with copper pipe and replaced our shut off valve. The work was scheduled within a week of receiving our estimate. The crew showed up on time and did wonderful work. Luis was very informative and knowledgeable when he came to give us our quote. Suzanne was wonderful to work with on the scheduling/payment side of things. I highly recommend GoDirect!

We used Go Direct Plumbing for underground pipes to fix old clay tile ones. We also had them check on other plumbing work. As a family (with a 6,4,& 2 year old) that was homeless for 402 days and moved to 35 places because of toxic mold, we are extremely nervous when it comes to anything with water. Luis and Suzanne are incredible- they listen with compassion, they are on it with being prompt and had great guys working on our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone! In fact I know which plumbers you should NOT use and these guys are the ones you SHOULD use! Call them today if you want the job done correctly and safely. This Mama can sleep at night because of them!

Go Direct Plumbing is a great company! They work on all my buildings and all my clients houses. They are quick to respond and they complete the job the first time. I have had sewer replacements, drain cleans, jetting, etc. and they do an amazing job and are reasonable

I have called on them twice and always excellent service. They first replaced my line to the street in 2015 and all have worked well since. Had them our again this week to confirm the line was good (it was)for the sale of the house, they came within a day and posted a report and video.

Go Direct has been doing excellent work for us for last few years. Louis is always polite and punctual in providing the services we need, which has included drain rooting to full replacement of 2 sewer lines. All permits are pulled, skilled workers on the job, and they look out for and take care of our surrounding property. The price is very competitive and a good value for the quality work they do. Highly recommend.

Louis V and Louis R were prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the process we needed. They were polite and cleaned up everything they they touched. The descaling job went perfectly smooth and the end results were impressive. Suzanne at the office stayed in touch and made sure we were taken care of and helped us make decisions when needed. Go Direct is literally go direct. Most quotes I got for my mainline collapse were resale and didn't do the work themselves. Doubling the price for doing nothing. They were great to work with! On time! and the quality was excellent. No issues with my plumbing in over 2 years now!

we needed a full sewer line replacement. Luis came out and scoped our line and explained very clearly what needed to be done. he gave us a very fair price and the crew had it finished in two days exactly as promised. Great result.

I had a wonderful experience with Go Direct Sewer Line Repair! I had a sewer backup in my home and called around looking for quotes to replace my broken sewer line in my front lawn. Luis came out the next day and provided me with a very competitive quote and told us he could have a crew out to repair the sewer that evening! They took care of the work and required inspection with Denver and made everything a breeze for us. I would highly recommend this company for your sewer repair needs!! Thanks again!

Always appreciate the great service and excellent work of the employees. Today Luis was a bit late. He got tied up with an apartment flood. Still he fixed our drain PERFECTLY.
