We had another landscaper start some work and then left without notice leaving us scrambling to find someone else that could start quickly to complete our soil prep, leveling, and seeding. We were fortunate to find Zachary the Landscaping Guru. Zachary reaponded quickly to come look at the job and give us a quote. His price was in our budget so we agreed to the work. Zachary arrived when he told us and did the job professionally. There is no doubt we will be using the Landscape Guru for future projects and recommend them.

We hired Landscaping Guru to build a wood retaining wall on our sloped backyard in Lafayette. Zacharys crew was punctual, professional, and the craftsmanship was solid.

Rude unprofessional and unorganized landscaping company. Almost gave me the wrong mulch, planted flowers in wrong places and did not complete the job unless I stood over them making sure it was correct. Owner is disrespectful and will do little to none for customer satisfaction.

Communication was poor from the beginning, and it felt like my concerns were ignored rather than addressed. The work that was completed looked rushed and careless, and it did not match the expectations that were set when the job started. When I tried to bring up the issues, there was little accountability or willingness to fix the problems.

Hiring a landscaping company should make your property look better, not create frustration and regret. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. I would strongly recommend that others do careful research before choosing this company.
