The first time, Ben repaired a sensor in my LG refrigerator, and that experience alone was enough to make me want to work with him again.

He is extremely professional and communicative. Before the appointment, he sent a clear estimate for both the part and labor, then followed up to let me know he would pick up the part ahead of time. On the day of service, he also sent a text when he was on his way, which I really appreciated.

This time, he replaced the circulation pump in my LG dishwasher in under an hour, and everything is working perfectly.

Two great experiences, and I will absolutely continue to request Ben for any future service needs. Highly recommend.
