I needed my ice maker replaced. Mikhail was very knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time. Explained what needed to the repaired and a new part had to be ordered. The part was here in a few days. I was contacted immediately and got it installed. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Mikhail for a job well done.

Aleh was incredibly helpful and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher. My shy dog even liked him and she’s usually weird about strangers.

Aleh was fast and efficient. He replaced the drain pump on my old washing machine. Scheduling was easy and communication was good throughout the process of ordering the parts and installation.

They did an excellent job! She came and looked at my Mom's refrigerator on Super Bowl Sunday, and did not charge extra. Very professional and communication throughout the process was excellent!

My experience with Wilson and Meyers was fantastic. My washing machine broke on a Sunday morning, I was able to get a same day appointment and the technician, Mike B., diagnosed it, ordered the part and came back Tuesday to fix it. I am very pleased and relieved my washer is now working again. Scheduling was super easy and appointments were fast!

This company was easy to schedule with, and kept us informed on when they would arrive. Excellent communication. Their technician, Misha, is knowledgeable, courteous, on time and very honest. Unfortunately, our fridge was beyond repair but really appreciate the techs honesty!!

Very impressed with Eilson and Myers. They work weekends without an upcharge and are very good with scheduling and communication. Our tech Jane was very nice and professional. Will use again if the need arises.

Reached out and they had someone at my door in 30 min. Aleh was the technician and figured out the problem. He had to leave to get the parts but returned later in the evening to finish up. We appreciated him working so late so we could be done with it. Overall I also thought the price was fair given Aleh had to take the entire dryer apart to figure out the issue and work late into the evening. Great service and glad I found Wilson & Myers

I texted with a rep at 8pm last night for a diagnostic appointment for my broken cooktop. They were able to schedule a technician to come by today and check out the problem. He ordered the broken part and came back to install it 2 hours later! He was pleasant and capable and my cooktop is repaired for a fair price. Thanks to Petr for an easy experience and positive outcome!

Viktor, the service technician, was top notch. He worked at a fast pace and resolved the issue in one visit. He was professional, knowledgeable and very timely. I called at 7am and my refrigerator was fixed before noon (even though it needed a new part!). Plus it cost a fraction of what a new refrigerator would have cost. Wilson and Myers makes customer service a priority and I will keep their number handy for future needs including recommending their services to others.

Wilson & Meyers was quick to get someone to my house on a Sunday morning! Nikita showed up right at the beginning of the time window they gave me, diagnosed what was wrong, and fixed it quick! He was nice and kept us updated throughout the process! Would recommend Nikita, if you get to choose someone!

Taras was prompt, clean, and very professional. He took the time to explain our repair twice and did not pressure us. He had great expertise as a certified GE repair rep and instilled confidence. The repair was done quickly, and he left everything clean. He also was able to come same-day and to fix it same-day.

I needed someone right away and they were able to come out the next morning. The tech was very nice and efficient. He had the parts with him and completed the job quickly. Prices are reasonable!

Company responded quickly to the initial inquiry, provided accurate price quotes, and scheduled the service quickly, at a time that worked for me. Mylan was great in diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately for us, it couldn’t be fixed because of a power failure that fried our refrigerator. I really appreciated his assistance however and would recommend them.

Misha was very efficient, knowledgeable and personal. He was courteous and expertly fixed my dryer issue. He explains things well and adds value to the visit by offering long term maintenance tips on how to extend the life of your appliances. I don’t know much about the company but Misha did a nice job and was a pleasure to work with.

Petr was SO kind, fast, and helpful! He even notified me of a tiny gas leak and helped me to determine my best options in getting my LG washing machine fixed. Thank you so much!!

Phenomenal experience with having dryer repaired. Great communication, flexible scheduling, fair pricing. Polite and courteous technicians. They found that I needed an additional part after beginning the repair and did not increase the cost from what was quoted and came back a second time to complete the repair. Dryer works great now! Will definitely use their services again!!

Great communication. Texted 30 min before expected arrival to let me know they were on their way. Professional service. Got the job done and the oven fixed and stuck to the original quote for the service even though I think the job was more than they expected it to be! All jobs come with a 100 day guarantee or they will come back and work on it again at no additional cost. I would definitely use this company again for future appliance issues.
