CO Construction & Demo did a fantastic job removing an old shower down to the studs and replacing it with a beautiful new tile shower with glass door. All of the work crew were friendly, polite and did a great job. I would not hesitate in using CO Construction & Demo in future remodeling work.

Like other reviewers, this too should be a 10-star review instead of only 5. My daughter owns a 115 year old house, 900 square feet, which needed a whole lot of everything. Ernie Vigil and his team of skilled tradesmen came in, gutted it and rebuilt the interior, including: all new plumbing, all new electrical, new HVAC duct work, new stable floor joists, a new load bearing wall beam, new drywall, new floors, paint, baseboard, finishes.
Ernie created a detailed estimate, which was easy to follow and easy to reconcile when weekly invoices came through. We knew exactly what we were paying for. To witness the progress every week was astounding. The hard physical work, the workmanship, the willingness to collaborate and execute, the kindness and respect that everyone we met on the job showed us, created an efficient and exceptional work environment.
The end result was a brand new kitchen, a new bathroom, living room and dining room. The old kitchen became a bedroom. Still only 900 square feet, we have future plans for expansion. No doubt at all that we want Ernie and Co. Const. and Demo to do the work! Thank you Ernie. Thank you Jozette, John, Miguel, Miguel Jr., Marcus, Chris, Greg, Greg, Alfredo, Jeremy, Katie, Baldo, Johnny and others we didn’t get to meet or didn’t catch the name. The house is beautiful!

I called Ernie on a Sunday evening, desperate after a former contractor left me with some work done, for too much money. Ernie's team did more work in a week than I had seen done in months! He is always responsive, reasonable, and certainly knows how to get it done, the right way, the first time.

We had Ernie and his team out to do several projects around our house. The biggest was to rebuild our front deck. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Ernie gave us ideas how to design the new deck (a major upgrade). He let us know step by step what the process would be and sent us over an estimate. When we said we were ready to go, so were they. The team showed up on time and really stuck to the schedule. The finished deck is the envy of our neighbors and we could not be happier. They also rebuilt a side fence for us an shored up a sagging fence in our backyard (both done on time and they look great). We can't wait to work with Ernie and his team again! Thank you so much!

I am so impressed with the owner/operator, Ernie for his professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality! After months of delays, work not being done correctly and being overbudget with a previous GC, Ernie and his crew came in and finished on time, on budget and with high quality craftsmanship! When Ernie states he will have something sent, delivered or completed by a specific day, he delivers on his word.
I highly recommend CO Construction & Demo if you want your project completed on time, on budget and done correctly the first time!!

I was extremely happy and incredibly satisfied with CO Construction & Demo as they opened up and redesigned my kitchen, giving me the room I always wanted. Ernie was an amazing project manager, bringing together a highly skilled crew that was efficient, talented, and conscientious. The whole project was completed in less than two weeks and the price was very reasonable. More importantly, Ernie's customer service was off the charts. You'd be crazy not to hire him.

This was a pleasurable experience from the start of the bid to the punch list! Completed in more than timely manner! Ernie and his crew were professionals the entire project. The communication outstanding responded so quickly. If ever a question or problem attended to immediately and resolved. We have 120 year old house with a deteriorating back porch. Ernie and crew accessed it and rebuilt now beautiful much more than an old porch an actual coffee nook. I would rate 10 if I could. If ever have another project I would definitely hire this company hands down.

We contacted this company regarding the demo of some concrete steps in order to put in a deck. Ernie was friendly, he was early to the meeting to check out our project, and quick with a quote. The day of the job, he was here bright and early with another friendly and professional gentleman and they got right to work. I am particularly impressed with how well they cleaned up the site and didn't leave pieces of concrete around the yard and driveway. They did great work, we are very satisfied and would hire them again! Thanks Ernie and Company!

Ernie and his company were fantastic to work with. Absolutely top notch experience with a construction company. Ernie was prompt, friendly, offered competitive and affordable pricing, and showed up on time, if not early for the job. Him and his crew member were professional, efficient, and did an amazing job for us, including thorough cleanup on the job site. Would absolutely use him again, and I have no doubt he has the ability to handle much larger jobs than what he did for us. Would highly recommend to others.

Ernie and his team were awesome. They just remodeled our kitchen and back patio and we are thrilled with the quality work. They were professional, on time, and really cared about the quality of the work. Ernie is very easy to communicate with and always made sure we were happy with the work. You can definitely trust your house and project with these guys, they do a great job and can do anything you want.

My husband and I have been working with Ernie and his team since 2018, and we regret not writing a review until now! Ernie knows the business well and coordinates with highly skilled professionals to execute projects big and small. Thanks to Ernie, our 1950s home has been completely remodeled, and now he is helping us to complete the outside with the addition of a new deck. Ernie’s pricing is always competitive and he has very high standards for the finished product. We have been extremely impressed with all of the CO Construction crews. The reviews say it all- truly a 5 star company!

If I could give Ernie and his team 10 stars, I would! In a challenging market where none of the 10+ contractors I contacted were available, Ernie, the owner, himself came to my house to assess the work, was prompt in sending me a quote, and was able to schedule me in 2 months later. Everyone else I talked to was booked for the next 6+ months! Ernie had estimated 4 weeks to complete the work at my house but his team completed it in 2. They were there every day working long hours to get the job done quickly, while paying attention to the quality. I'm a picky and detail-oriented person, and saw no flaws in Ernie's team's work. Ernie communicated well during the entire job and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction. 15/10 would recommend Ernie and his team for any home renovation/remodel work! I scheduled an estimate a week ago for today. I received multiple confirmation emails and even a reminder email of the appointment. The appointment time came and went. After waiting 30 minutes, I called twice and texted the phone number. I did get a call back after a few minutes. He explained to me that the person who was supposed to come and do the estimate called in sick today. No one called me, emailed me, or communicated with me whatsoever regarding this. I moved several meetings to accommodate their 2 hour window for an estimate and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know that no one was coming. If I didn't call, no one would have reached out to me.

**I want to add to my review now that the company responded. Yes - I did previously schedule an estimate for September 28th. Once I realized I couldn't keep that appointment, I immediately canceled and the company was notified well prior to the appointment time. I then wasn't "rescheduled" as they claim - I made another appointment on my own. I also understand COVID precautions and I'm grateful for them. The company's response to my review makes it seem like they eventually reached out to me about no-showing the estimate. They did not. In fact, an hour before my appointment, I got another confirmation/reminder email from the company confirming the appointment time. I had to call the company twice, left a voicemail, and I needed to send a text before anyone reached out to me. I'll emphasize my last sentence from my review - if I didn't reach out in a variety of ways, they would have never called me. It also appears it is common practice for this company to be late to appointments as evidenced by their instructions in their confirmation email: "Please allow 30 minutes for our estimator to arrive before calling our office." In the future, this company should make it a practice to 1) respect the time of their customers, 2) honor their appointment times and not make it a habit of showing up 30 minutes late or later, 3) follow up with employees when they call in sick to make sure that person's appointments are either covered or canceled, and 4) not make excuses for their mistakes and try to defend themselves with actions they never took like "rescheduling" my appointment or "reaching out to me" or giving me "short notice" - they did none of those things.
