I can’t say enough great things about UR! I screened 5 highly rated companies for my basement finish that started in January. I chose UR because of their quote as well as their extensive work history in the Central Park neighborhood. They were fantastic. They were on time and on budget. The work was high quality. They worked with me on every detail I had and executed perfectly. The team was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Urban Renovators does a lot of work in our neighborhood, Northfield portion of Central Park in Denver. I saw their signs in lots of lawns and decided to get with them for our basement buildout.

We added a bedroom, bathroom, office/craft room, and a gym. Ricardo, the owner, came up with an awesome layout, that fit the space well. Pricing came through and was fair and competitive with the other quotes we received.

The best part was that once permitted, the PM team took over and handled it. Amazing communication on schedules, shutdowns (water and electrical), and work on the horizon.

UR impressed me that when they said something would be done, it was done, done correctly, and done well. We didn’t need to bug UR to finish - they stayed on it until it was done.

I highly suggest using UR for your remodel and basement buildout needs.

They were conscientious, courteous, and did what was promised. In addition, when there were errors or issues they promptly addressed them and listened to our concerns. The team from Urban Renovators were fantastic on our kitchen remodel. They came up with creative solutions to work around some structural limitations. We are very pleased with the final product. The floors look brand new and the livability of our main floor has greatly improved. They also were able to help with some last minute small plumbing and electrical projects. They upgraded our railings on the staircases and were able to patch our current floor and carpet to make it appear as if new. When it is time to redo our primary bathroom, they will be my first call.
