Dan did a very thorough and complete review of my soon to be home!!! My from very small things to the much bigger. He took his time, walked me through the inspection, and always made sure to ask if I had any questions. And when I did his explanations were easy to understand. This inspection was fantastic and came with homebinder and honest recommendations for other home needs. Dan was very professional, helpful, and very friendly. TrueView Inspections was responsible for completing a sewer line inspection on our new home. We closed on our house December 8th and officially moved in on December 16th. On December 17th, the downstairs toilet started to backflow into the downstairs shower. We called a different plumbing to come out and diagnose the issue, thinking it was something minor. The plumber did a sewer scope and showed us our plumbing line was corroded with large cracks and recommended the entire line, all the way to the street be replaced, with a quote of $26,500. The damage is not just our pipes, but it's under the foundation of our home. Additionally, the plumber noted the sidewalk outside our home is concaved. Fixing the pipes will also require us to remodel our downstairs bathroom, because the plumbing goes directly under that bathroom. So in addition to the $26,500 to fix the pipes, we now have to remodel our bathroom. We feel TrueView Inspections did a poor job and irresponsibly recommended we purchase a home with severe plumbing repairs needed. I would sooner hire the Super Mario Brothers to inspect my home than allow TrueView Inspections to inspect my house.
