Hired for a bi-weekly cleanning and Melissa and her team always does a great job and is very thorough.

Melissa and her assistant clean our Airbnb when we have a quick turn around in between guests. It takes them just over an hour to do the 3 bed/2 bath home. They have been very punctual and do a great job making the place really shine! She is easy to communicate with over text to schedule cleanings. We are very happy with her and have received 5 star guest reviews since she started cleaning!!

The lady was professional, stayed in contact the entire time, and was incredibly flexible—willing to work during the weekend and in the evening to accommodate my schedule. She even sent pictures after finishing the job, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this service!

Hired Melissa of M A cleaning services a couple months ago. Her first visit was pretty good. Following that visit though, she kept trying to reschedual her appointments with us. Then after she told us $60 per week, with once a month deep cleans, her visits became very short. Less than an hour. Then once as I was rushing out the door (she was late) I realized she was bringing in a stranger into our house. No warning, no asking, just there was some strange woman in our house. Her visits after that became less than 40 minutes. She never did another deep clean. Her cleaning is basic vacuuming, sweeping, mops most of the floor, dust some things, cleans the bathroom, but will not clean baseboards, window sills, fans and if you ask her to clean something she doesn't normally do, like stairs, its a minimal effort given. The one time we had to reschedule her, she texted that she would allow it this time, but needed to start giving her a 2 day notice, like we were the ones that constantly changed her schedual. After that we decided the attitude was too much and let her know her services were no longer needed. We asked her to bring back our key. She told us she would return our key 4 days later. She never showed. We asked again to return our key, only to be ignored. Now we have to get all of our locks re-keyed. If you need a cheap very limited low effort cleaning company, then this one should be okay for you. Just don't ever give her a key.

totally sucks! she misses appointments regularly, never returns her calls, poor at business. DO NOT HIRE
