I have used several carpet cleaning services in the past and not once have I been satisfied enough to take the time to give an outstanding review. He was very professional as to when he was going to arrive, how far away he was etc. When he arrived he asked to take a look at the carpet he was going to clean, he observed several spots that I have had in my carpet for several years! He then explained that he could remove those stains. Mr. Rahming spent over 2 hours at my house. I can honestly say that I had done some pricing on new carpet before he cleaned my carpet. Not only did it look like new carpet, it was almost dry! Real Pro Cleaning is my cleaning services and I would recommend everybody to give them a try.

Mr. Derrick has extensive knowledge of his products and equipment used to methodically clean and quick dry the carpet. He supplied booties for a walk through inspection and called two days later for an update of our satisfaction!
