Their team showed up on time every time, they communicated how they were going to get my flooded basement cleaned out, and dried up, and didn’t waste time getting it done! Everyone was so thoughtful and courteous!! It was a pleasure to work with them!

Servicemaster was great when we had serious water damage as well as a sewage issue a few months later. They came very quickly and were very thorough with all of the required clean up. The whole team was hard working and respectful. They were very responsive to our questions and needs throughout the process.

It was a very stressful time but they made it much easier! Not sure what we would have done without them. Hoping to not need their services again, but if we do they will be my first call! Definitely recommend them!

There is no one else i would use to mitigate damage!
The first company wanted to tear everything out.
Service Master dried in place, (you only know that if you've been there!)
They also have a great team for restoration!

I owed my sister a couch cleaning after my dog’s little accident, and ServiceMaster delivered beyond expectations. The staff was so kind and did an amazing job bringing her couch back to life. Highly recommend for anyone needing upholstery cleaning!

I cannot say enough how PHENOMENAL SM of Eugene was! Every single person I dealt with, from first phone call to finished & inspected restoration, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, sincere in their desire to help, and gave outstanding customer service!! I think most people think of SM for the clean up work after a flood or fire. And they certainly do that, very well. But I also used them to do the replacement of my floors. They took care of it all. I love this company!!

04.18.26 - After I kept following up with Brian of ServiceMasters of Denver he changed his story. He claimed that he came by for a reason other than what I requested, an estimate. He referred me to another business for the estimate. I have no clue why he ever came to my home to begin with. Something seems shady about ServiceMaster - Denver. I located competitors who provided estimates are weren't as supicious. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!
04.18.26 - So I heard back from Brian of ServiceMasters this morning by text. He referred me to another company that he's worked with. After telling me yesterday that I would get an estimate quickly from Servicemasters, today he says that his company is 2 months behind.

I felt uncomfortable with this guy representing himself as ServiceMaster. When he was here I walked in the room at caught him looking at my personal things and not the wall or ceiling. MY EXPERIENCE IS BAD WITH SERVICEMASTERS. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN OR BE VERY CAUTIOUS.
04.18.26 - I called Brian the service person about the estimate. He indicated that he does not write the estimates though he spent close to an hour in my home assessing the damage. "THEY" DO. Who is "they"? I followed up with a text. ... No response. SERVICEMASTER SEEMS TO BE UNRELIABLE. If you work with ServiceMaster, do so with abundant caution.
04.17.26 - The verdict is not out on them so I'm very pragmatic so far. They came for an estimate two days ago. I never received an estimate yet. The service person never asked for my email address to send the estimate. I had to remind him. I am used to getting a written estimate on the spot. Seems strange.

Terrible drivers.
