Serene cleaners no showed and blocked my fiancé so he couldn’t call or message them.

Shady company operates maybe as serene clean and you will be taken advantage of and talked down. I'd support better small businesses

Horrible experience. By far the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. After scheduling an initial clean, they cancelled the first appointment and no showed their reschedule twice. After several attempts to contact, they blocked us. Never returned a phone call, voicemail or text. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will ensure everyone knows how truly unprofessional they are and spread the word to never use them.

I hired this company ( to clarify, I hired Serene Cleaners but they told me their Google name is VSA Solutions because it's the same owner's company) to do a home cleaning. They never showed up. After calling them several times, they started sending me to voicemail. Their message says they will get back within 24 hours but for immediate assistance text them, so I sent them a text assuming they were running late. No response, and as of right now it's been 6 hours since I texted, again to our response. And nobody has shown up.

It's frustrating when you reschedule your day to accommodate their appointment and they disappear on you.
