Our 27 yr old furnace/AC unit had gone out and we were desperately in need of a replacement as temperatures were hitting in the mid 90s for two weeks. I had been calling several HVAC companies for 2 weeks and honestly was very disappointed in response time and customer service in getting people out for an estimate! Two companies didn't even show up! I'm retired and work for Lyft. The very day another company decided not to show I just happened to meet Marcos! I was telling him my situation. He told me he worked for an HVAC company called Better air for a better life. We started talking.... he told me he could work up an estimate for me. We exchanged information and he quickly sent me all the information that evening! We did the financing that night and booked the install for the following week. The guys showed up right on time, were very friendly and did an awesome job installing both the AC and furnace in a matter of under 5 hrs! The new AC is so efficient that I was chilly the other night. Yaaaaay!! We highly recommend Better Air for a better life for all your HVAC needs!!
