I had a furnace and heat pump installation done by The Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling, and the experience was excellent.

The team of Jesse and Daniel were professional, showed up on time, and did a clean, efficient install. They explained the system clearly and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I’ve already noticed better comfort and energy efficiency.

I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to anything like heating systems, plumbing, electrical - basically anything that requires technical skill or knowledge. My AC stopped working a few months ago, and of course I didn't think it was an urgent issue as it's still wintertime. This recent heat wave proved me wrong, and I've been suffering the consequences.
I tried googling some DIY options to fix it myself and quickly realized I was way in over my head, this is something that was going to require a professional (or at least someone handier than myself). After some searching, I decided to give the comfort crew a call and I'm so glad I did! They were so nice on the phone and assured me that they would get it taken care of asap with a same day appointment.

I’m usually skeptical about repair costs since I never know what I'm looking at, but the technician was great. He broke down the pricing and the repairs in a way that actually made sense to me, I didn't feel like I was being ‘bamboozled’ and I felt confident in what I was paying for the service I received. Everything was so quick, painless, easy on my wallet, and most importantly I’m not melting in my living room anymore! Huge thanks to the team for making a stressful situation so easy.

The Comfort Crew installed a new furnace and cold-climate heat pump at our home in Broomfield and did an excellent job. They walked us through all the Denver-area rebates and incentives, and with everything applied, our cost was almost cut in half.

The entire process was amazing. From the initial appointment, the quote, and the installation. The price was far better than other quotes we got. The system is right sized for the footprint of our home. The installation team showed up when they said the would and did a great job for installation and clean up. Our blower fan went out on our furnace and we were quoted almost $2k more with another company, Comfort Crew came to diagnose and goi d a crack, ordered the part and fixed it right away for way less!
