Our technician was Kelly Delatorre, he was awesome! He did an amazing job and made sure the new dryer vent duct looks nice and neat. He was very polite, friendly and patient. He made sure to wear booties inside and cleaned up everything after he was done, he did a great job.
We had an unreasonably long and winding dryer vent duct and just to clean it it would cost 400, rerouting the whole thing and making it go straight cost 700, so I consider it a good price and now we will be able to clean it ourselves since it is short and has no elbows anymore. 👍

Adan was professional and personable. I had a damper that was not installed correctly and was making a horrible banging sound. He found the damper and corrected the issue. I am so relieved! I highly recommend Ultimate!

Ultimate heating did a wonderful job installing my mini split in my business building. The crew was clean and tidy from start to end. The front desk was helpful and responsive with my excel energy refund (energy rebate was honored).The communication and a little hand holding during that time was excellent. When the initial county inspection wasn't correct, at no cost to me, the changes were made so inspection could be passed. I am not sure how many other companies would make all the little steps to make the installation seamless. Thank you !!!

This company is amazing!! Our central ac stopped cooling...called last night after hours, they had a tech out here the very next day! Alex was professional,knowledgeable, and very friendly. He diagnosed that the capacitor went out on our unit and was able to repair it on the spot! On a 100 degree day, we are incredibly grateful to Ultimate and tech Alex for getting our house nice, cool and comfortable again, all under 24 hours from when we called. Thanks so much!!! 😁

Ultimate is great. Installing a new furnace was efficient and easy for us. Junior and Ricardo did a wonderful job. Very helpful in explaining the process and information on operation of the system. They were careful to cover the floors and cleaned up everything when they were done. The electricians Mark and Dylan were great too. We would highly recommend this company. Wish we could give them more stars!

Alex was a top professional while servicing my A/C system, which had stopped running in the middle of very warm days. He was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to educate on maintenance steps going forward. Would highly recommend!

I'm very happy with the service and responsiveness this company offers. Our furnace died in January 2025 right before a blizzard. Ultimate heating offered a better price than another company which works with Carrier furnaces and installed everything within couple hours. We had 2 service calls since then and in both cases our issues were resolved within 24 hours. Technicians are very knowledgeable and will explain stuff if you're interested in learning about your heating system. Great service so far, no complaints.

Ross was great. Communicative, right on time, no BS. Gave some great recommendations on preventive maintenance to keep things humming and didn't push to buy stuff we didn't need. Will definitely call Ultimate Heating for future needs!

Alex was able to quickly determine what the problem was, took the time to show me what he found and provided a range of options to consider. We ultimately decided to replace our 22 yo furnace.

The next day Junior was right on time and made quick work of removing the old furnace and installing a new one. Left the place as clean as he found it. Would use Ultimate again in a heartbeat!

Ross showed up quickly and did a very thorough job checking through my furnace. He told me what was wrong. Fixed it and stayed around for 30-45 minutes to make sure it worked for an extended period of time.
