I had Jorge and his team remove our grass in our front yard. The price was good, the team was professional, and the job was well done. Jorge was very communicative and easy to work with.

Would definitely recommend to everyone. They did an amazing job on a project for me. I was clueless of what to do with ugly area and asked for ideas and now I have a beautiful little retaining wall and it looks great. Thry were reliable with great communication and very fair pricing.

Jorge was nothing short of amazing. We have a new build from DR Horton and thought they took care of our sprinklers. But after a few short years, there are a ton of hot spots that make our lawn look horrid. I submitted a request to Jorge and he IMMEDIATELY got back to me not 15 minutes later. He was out the next day, replaced what we needed replaced, and then even called me to follow up. We will have Jorge and his company out in the spring to do more landscaping. What incredible service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We were referred to Rios Brothers from one of the home improvement sites. We were in a bit of a bind and needed help fast but still needed to make a good decision and be financially responsible. We read the Google reviews as well as others including the last negative one here but given interactions with other contractors who responded and Jorge from Rios Brothers, we went with Rios Brothers. I explained the situation we were in and we decided to give them a try for a piece of the work and if they did a good job we had other work we needed done as well

Here is our scenario: Our daughter was in a bad spot with her HOA and we needed to help her to get sod laid fast in the front lawn. Jorge was quick to respond. He sized up the situation, sent us a quote and started right away, within days. The team did a fabulous job! No sprinkler damage as was described in the other post, in fact they had to fix one for us. We also had them do a few other things with mulch and weed control that was visible from the street.

We then had them come back to lay sod in the back yard. In the course of that job, he added two more sprinkler zones which meant he had to fix a disaster of a sprinkler system in the box put in previously (we have before and after pictures, amazing work here!). Again they were prompt, professional, and did a great job. We will have him come back to do a bit more for us in other areas of the yard.

Through all of this Jorge communicated continuously. He called before doing anything outside of the original scope of the job, answered a million watering questions given a freakish wet Colorado spring in the middle of all this work and even helped educate our daughter on how to manage the new investment or more importantly what NOT to do. His prices were competitive with other landscape contractors we called as well. Overall a great experience and he offers a warranty, which is what sold me on giving him a try amongst the questionable review here on Google.

I'm not sure of the situation this one gentleman had, but I assure you our experience was much different. So much so my daughter has already referred him to friends that have seen his work at her home and my husband (a retired contractor) intends to share his contact info with previous colleagues as well. That earned trust does not come easily in this business!

If you need landscaping work done, sod, etc. give Jorge a call. I suspect he will fix you up. .

The Rios Brothers did a great job on our landscaping project. We replaced our grass with stone and mulch- it looks great. They were able to negotiate a better deal for us on some boulders. They were responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We are very satisfied with our experience with RiosBros. I submitted a quote inquiry online and got a call back from Jorge within a couple hours. From quote request to finished project lapsed about 2 weeks! Jorge made sure we had all the info we needed on our new trees and his team was very respectful and efficient.

We recently hired Rios Brothers Landscaping to update our backyard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jorge and his team demolished our old flagstone patio and replaced it with a new concrete one. They also laid down new sod throughout the backyard.

From start to finish, the crew was professional, efficient, and courteous. They showed up on time every day, communicated clearly about the timeline and process, and kept the work area tidy. The concrete patio turned out exactly as we envisioned—smooth, clean, and the color we chose—and the new lawn looks beautiful.

I highly recommend Jorge and Rios Brothers for any landscaping or concrete jobs. They exceeded our expectations and gave us a yard we’re excited to enjoy this Summer and years to come!

What can I say about Jorge and his team... They took the ugly house in the neighborhood and made is the showstopper. He was incredible to work with and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for an outdoor project team. I had a loose idea of what I wanted to do in our yard and Jorge came back with suggestions and recommendations and even a 3-D rendering when I had a hard time visualizing. We will only be using the Rios Brothers for any of our future projects!

I have never written a bad review for any company I have hired but I feel this experience warrants one.

I hired Rios Brothers Landscaping to remove sod, install an in-ground drain, grade and adjust slope of yard, replace a sprinkler head, and install new sod. Leading up to the install day communication with Jorge was frequent and prompt.

The day of the install Jorge and a "rookie employee" (as he called him) showed up, and the Jorge left rather quickly because he had not yet purchased materials for the work, and the "rookie" worked alone and unsupervised.

Issue 1: did not bring a sod cutter so the had to use a tiller to remove sod which is risky for sprinklers.

Issue 2: did not use a large level or a string level to grade the slope. It is very uneven and the low points retain to much water.

Issue 3: they did not tamp the added soil before laying sod, so the 30 ft of the yard where they layer drain have sunk after watering.

Issue 4: they broke 2 sprinkler head out of 8, and covered one with sod. We found these issues when we turned the sprinklers on at the e d of the work day. They insisted that the heads must have been broken before, but that they would come back to fix them.

I paid then in full and waited 2 days for then to return. They no showed. We hired somebody else to come fix the sprinklers and found each to have a gash/break in them either from a tiller or pick ax.

I contacted Jorge and he said to send pictures and we could talk about reimbursement. I did and he never responded. I called and left voice-mail for 3 days and he ghosted me. He answered today, realized it was me, and hung up on me.

I was going to ask for $200 for compensation for hiring new workers to replace the heads and labor. Small compensation for a botched $2,400 job.

Their work and professionalism is low quality, but my review here is about their lack of integrity. Own the mistake, fix the damage, and keep you 5 star rating. Instead they blow you off.

Give your money to a company that deserves it, not these guys.
