The Medrano Family has a great reputation industry wide and Chuy has been a true pioneer for the Green Industry. The Medrano's give back to the communities they service and are involved on a personal level in their prospective communities through sponsorships and coaching. Cocal understands the challenges of all facets of the irrigation, landscape, fertilizer and snow removal businesses and should be on the top of your list of companies to call when you need true professionals to evaluate and make your property one which garners great reviews! They are certainly on the top of mine.

I have used Jody Medrano and his team for over 15 years and consider them to be a to be a professional top shelf company. CoCal has provided landscape maintenance/renovation; tree removal, planting and pruning; snow removal; and pest/weed control services in a professional manner and with market pricing. CoCal installed a very large commercial French drainage system in accordance with our engineer's specifications, at a time when we struggled to locate landscapers willing to take on this project, and did a professional job that has withstood the test of time. Our experience working with CoCal lived up to every expectation a consumer could have. They were professional, their work was of high quality, they were fairly priced, and most important of all (to me anyway), communication was excellent from start to finish. Dallas provided great advice as well as a design that ended up being just what we were looking for. At no point did we feel pressured, as we had with other companies, to "do more", aka spend more, and Victor and his team installed our landscaping just as we expected it to look. I had the privilege of working with Ferman from CoCal Landscaping on one of our Multi-Family projects and they did an outstanding job. CoCal and crew installed all of our landscaping rocks, trees, shrubs, raised planters, and even cedar post fencing. They are very responsive and their workmanship is excellent! I would recommend CoCal and use them again.

CoCal has maintained my HOA for over 8 years. They've done an amazing job with zero scaping areas and have reduced water costs. They always get all the ornamental grasses cut in time for our Christmas walk and do an amazing job on Christmas lights. Plus the staff is always proactive and very polite! Highly recommend.

I want to thank you so much for the excellent job you did removing snow at High Point during this week's difficult storm. I had out patient surgery on Wednesday morning and was able to make it to and from the hospital, thanks to the outstanding, hard work of your team. It was really cold for our area and I woke up to a clear driveway, sidewalk, and street! I have north facing exposures so I live in fear of falling, but this team completely cleared the snow from all paths. Thanks for a job well done!

We have used CoCal for several years to mow and clean up a vacant property for out of state owners. They have always done a great job and been very accommodating to our request for before/after photos. The people are friendly and professional. A great experience overall.

I highly recommend Cocal Landscape. They have been doing the grounds maintenance for our HOA community (many acres) for several years, and they have done an excellent job. Each year seems to get get better, as they have incorporated community suggestions, and they have effectively managed the watering schedules in various areas. They are knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They have also done a number of special landscape improvement projects for us. Each time, they have provided the best bid, and the results were amazing.

Matthew and The Boulder crew are the best in town. For the last two years they have turned the property around that another "nationwide" contractor destroyed. They created beautiful designs to revitalize the landscaping, added color and design and help maintain the property year round. During Snow Season their attention to detail is impeccable. I am really glad we made the change to Cocal. Their commitment to service has raised the bar on Colorado landscaping. Kudos to those behind the scenes that assist as well!
