Frank is a master plumber and it shows in his work. He replaced our water heater the same day we called him for a fair price and came back for no charge a few weeks later to adjust some settings. Highly recommend!

Frank with Denver Water Heaters was one of the three bids we solicited for replacement of our existing water heater (circa 2012 new). The first two bids were shocking in regards to cost (one was over $20k). Denver Water Heaters bid was right in line with what I was thinking for equipment and labor. The work was completed incredibly professionally, and I would not hesitate to use him again!

Frank is the man! I had a leaky overflow valve that also needed to be repiped and he fixed everything same day. Went above and beyond to work with what I had instead of trying to get me to replace the whole water heater. Highly recommended, even checked up after to make sure everything was running ok.

We just had our older 50 gallon tank hot water heater replaced with a tankless by Denver Water Heaters. Called on Friday to request a quote and Frank came out same day. His price was less than half the price of the other two companies we had quotes from for the same model. He had the new hot water heater installed complete by Monday afternoon. Frank came in first thing in the morning to replace a dead water heater, and then stayed long after the heater was installed to de-clog the old galvanized iron pipes in my 80+ year old rental. He even ended up getting a replacement shower faucet assembly installed the same day after the rust from the GI pipes (that was loosened during heater install) clogged up the old one. After calling several different companies to get an estimate to replace my hot water heater. I finally came across Denver Water Heater. Not only did they save me thousands of dollars. But Frank was a joy to have in my home.

Frank replaced our tankless water heater a few weeks ago, after we learned our previous heater (in the house when we bought it) had never been correctly installed, was badly damaged and a hazard to everyone in the house.

The most reassuring thing was honestly how quickly and confidently Frank evaluated the situation. He identified what was wrong with the existing installation, suggested a new water heater, and determined the best route for the new exhaust pipes in a way that was minimally disruptive and aesthetically pleasing. It's obvious he has a ton of experience and expertise.

The most amusing part was definitely toward the end of the install, when Frank (with a calm demeanor and a smile on his face!) mentioned that our install location was probably the worst physical access he'd ever had to work with. I do not know how he managed to stay so unruffled!
