Austin with My Purple Plumber was excellent! I had previously gotten a quote from another company saying it was going to be $3500 to do what was needed. I searched around and they came up with great reviews so I called them. Since I already knew what needed to be done, I just sent a couple pictures and they quoted me at $400 plus maybe a couple hundred more if they needed to do rerouting! He came out the next morning and was done within a couple of hours and saved me thousands of dollars! I cannot recommend them enough for the quick and friendly service that doesn’t try to trick people into spending more money that is needed!

We worked with Austin and had a wonderful experience. He was communicative, punctual, and most importantly was knowledgeable and honest. He even took the time to check some other issues we were having other than the one he initially came out for.

What a wonderful experience to have an open line of communication with people that do great work with fair pricing. No questions asked. They did a fair and firm diagnosis of what needed to happen with fair pricing. I couldn’t be happier and I would recommend anybody looking for these plumbing services to call them. Cory was great to work with! Scheduling was super easy and the upfront pricing was amazing. I’d called to get a second opinion and ended up going with him. The other plumber provided only one option and did not bother to perform any diagnosis.

Cory asked many questions trying to get to the bottom of everything. The problem ended up being far less drastic than we had anticipated based on the other plumbers opinion. It would’ve been easy for him to just go with the solution the other plumber proposed and turn it into a much larger project.

He didn’t try to upsell us or perform any repairs that were not needed. It is truly rare in this day and age to find someone who is reliable, fair, and does the right thing.

His invoices were great as well, and he provided a great write up and pictures of everything.

I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Cory and Austin are AMAZING!!!!! My washer drain has been overflowing and laundry piling up. I contacted them and they were able to come out with 24 hours! They communicated the whole time, were prompt, professional, clean, and knowledgeable. We are already planning 2 more projects. I am so grateful to find such wonderful men. My hot water heater went out unexpectedly and I needed it fixed ASAP. Austin came out and was able to get it fixed quickly and efficiently! He was friendly and informative and I will definitely recommend their company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Cory Jones with My Purple Plumber just performed a miracle that several other plumbers and handymen could not or would not do. They were able to replace a 50 year old Kohler shower valve with a new one (they have connections) and the cost was very reasonable. One plumber wanted $2600 to cut an access panel through the dry wall and said they could not find a replacement valve for it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Awesome company! I had a leak from my water heater and they were recommended to me. I called and talked to Cory and he told me that all of their pricing is directly on their website which made it easy to decide (considering I was quoted $4-$7k for a new water heater from other companies). The tech Austin was great and I wasn't charged a dime more than what was on their website.

I called them yesterday to replace my sump pump and they were able to fit me in today. Austen and Cory were knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonable. I highly recommend them. 10/10!

Discovered Purple Plumbing from my realtor. These guys were amazing!! They checked my sump pump and made sure it was working and kept going to discover the cause of leaks in my basement. Turned out to be the window wells. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and fair!! Will only hire them going forward.

Cory came in clutch for me on a last minute request. He has a patient demeanor and pleasant to be around. He is an efficient plumber and his service cost is very reasonable. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to clients and colleagues!

Austin was exceptional in evaluating the airflow around the hot water heater for safety along with inspecting other aspects of the walk-in crawl space to provide efficiency. Thank you, Austin for explaining everything thoroughly to me once you completed the inspection! I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs!

Replace bathroom sink faucet. The first faucet would not work so they came back the next day. My faucet was a single hole that I purchased
from IKEA. There was a problem with a connection and he had to run to Home Depot to get a part.
I got their name from Home Depot, they responded so quickly, texted time when they were on their way. Very nice and did a great job.

I greatly appreciate the emergency work that Cory did for us. We developed a leak in our basement bathroom the night before we left the country for vacation. Our neighbors found Cory's company through another neighbor and all the repair was made quickly. Wonderful neighbors and great plumbing service.I'll definitely recommend Cory to my real estate clients!

My Purple Plumber were easy to schedule with, they are very good communicators, they are very kind and courteous, they arrived on time, they were respectful of our home, they are reasonably priced, and from what we can tell so far, they did very good work! We highly recommend My Purple Plumber!!
