Old fashioned business: comes out and helps you first, worries about money later. Ken worked me in when my a/c quit during the heat wave, despite being super busy with such calls. He's worked for the family for over 20 years and his customer care is superb. The estimated cost, which was the same as the final cost, was very reasonable. He didn't even leave an invoice; a handshake when he was done and a few weeks later the lady who does the billing mailed me a bill. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
