I want to give a "shout out" to Rhea Levin. After the hailstorm my roof needed repairing. In addition to the roof quality being great, Rhea guided me with the insurance claim process which was quite challenging. Dealing with the insurance claim was far more complicated than I thought. Thanks Rhea for helping me work through it!

A+++ Contractor! They did an amazing job on replacing my homes roof. They didn’t ask for any money down until the material was delivered and waited for my insurance to pay at the end of the job. Zero stress and great workmanship!

Metro Construction was selected by our HOA for services. They were so professional, kind, respectful that I continued service with them for window replacement. Metro Construction upgraded the insulation in my attic and added several vents. The entire process and the value of the upgrade was explained to me quit completely before the work was done. Everyone on site doing the work was very professional and very thoughtful. I have two dogs that were curious about both people and the door which was partially open while the insulation was being blown in. I was pleased to see how much the dogs were watched out for. Clean-up was well-done and the upgrade makes a noticable different on baking hot days! Thank Goodness!

Kevin Cooley was the project manager that visited our home today. I have to say that from his first hello and handshake I had met a new friend. His knowledge and sharing of information was appreciated. And there was no pressure! We have Kevin's information stored in our contacts so that if we have any home improvement needs we will contact Kevin and if Metro Construction does not do the work we are seeking, I can trust that a referral from Kevin will be a good one.

Hello, my name is Sarah and I just recently had Metro Construction replace my roof and gutters. I was referred by a friend who used a Project Manager named Mark.

I was skeptical to use Metro because they had some angry people write Google Reviews, which I rely on for all my shopping. Mark showed up, told me I had hail and wind damage to my roof. I had my insurance company come out, they agreed I had damage so my fiance and I decided to bit the deductible and get new gutters and a roof. Turns out the roofing codes changed a lot in Aurora, so I got all these code upgrades

-New Decking
-New Edge Metal EVERYWHERE
-Ice & Water
-Better Shingles
-More Ventilation

I also had my house appraised for a refinancing, and I no longer have to pay mortgage insurance because the new upgrades increased the value of my home by so much.

Ask for an inspection by Mark, he will take care of you, and tell him Sarah sent you! Sounds like some of the Project Managers are better than others.

PS-My fiance didn’t want to do it because of the $1000 deductible, but I made him look stupid which was really funny!

Metro Construction worked on my home and did a wonderful job! Being that I am a Project Manager in my profession I appreciated the consistency in their communication with me throughout the process and their thoroughness with the work completed. They earned 5 stars and I couldn’t be happier!

We had our attic insulated by Metro Construction. The insulation team was very efficient and friendly. They provided us with a wonderful, professional experience. Brendan Moorehead took the time to answer all of our questions and was very informative. We noticed a difference in the temperature of the house that very next day. I was impressed with their service and highly recommend Metro construction.

Peter Miller Did exceptional job walking us through the process and how everything was going to go also was very professional and personable. Kept my mind at ease through this whole experience always answered my texts and phone calls in a timely. I would highly recommend Metro construction and Peter for your roofing needs

I'm not one to write a wordy review but I am happy to give Metro five stars for a job well done. I couldn't ask for more from a roofing company. Although I hope this roof will last me a long time and that I won't have a need for Metro's services anytime soon, Jason from metro will be my first call if another big storm does happen to come through.

I chose Metro Construction from my mother's neighbor whom I trust very highly. This neighbor works with FEMA disasters and truly does her diligence in research whether it be to organize reconstruction for the homes of those unfortunate victims or for her own home. I asked to speak to the manager of that project, and I was introduced to Mark Aumen who was was very patient with his explanation and informative with his discretion of the insulation process. When it came for my project to be done, Kevin Cooley was my project manager and he gave me excellent customer service. All of the staff from Metro Construction has been very cooperative and hard working. I can tell that this company goes the distance to make sure every customer is highly satisfied by the way they continually went above and beyond with any requests or concerns I made!!! Thank you Metro Construction!!!!! I will refer you to all of my friends and family who might need insulation!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Rhea when we needed a new roof. Working with insurance companies can be stessful but Rhea was with us every step of the way. She helped us make the claim, met with the insurance adjuster, and was always available for our questions. I highly recommend Metro Construction and Rhea Levin!

Metro has re-roofed our home 3 times now from hail damage. I have been very satisfied with the work that was done & super happy with our Sales Consultants- Jason Jones on the first 2 roofs & Luis Meza on this last one. Fingers crossed for no more hail, but should it happen again, Metro Construction will get my business again!

Alex Laza, project manager for my roofing job did an excellent job making all the initial arrangements and overseeing the roofing work and ensuring that everything was cleaned up after the work was finished. The Metro team was great, accommodating my impulsive requests as they did their work. I'm very pleased with Metro, Alex and their roofing team!

I was very happy with the level of communication, the product and installation as well as the service provided by Metro Construction for our Solar Panel project. We're thrilled to be using less electricity and have piqued the interest of many of our neighbors (even thought the panels themselves are quite discreet). I wouldn't hesitate to go through Metro Construction for any future home construction projects.

Metro exceeded my expectations in every way. Metro Construction came out in a timely fashion, and walked me through the insurance claim process in the best possible way. There were a couple of slip ups during construction, but this was to be expected. The production manager, Brice Foland, was in direct communication with me and did a great job rectifying all of the issues I had. I rarely refer contractors to people I know, but the way this company handled these problems made me comfortable enough to recommend them to two of our neighbors.
