Bellwether did a James Hardie siding installation. From helping figure out design to communicating on pre-job walk through to getting the job done they did excellent. Their crews have a great eye and attention for detail. You can tell they install the siding to manufacturer specification and take pride in their work. Finally I found the project manager to really care about customer satisfaction - they made sure to take care of final little details to make sure the job was fully complete and done right. I woudl highly recommend. Thank you!

We were so impressed with Bellwether as they stood behind their work! Seth’s knowledge base on James Harding and siding install was evident after interviewing many companies. We did get off to a rocky start with a poor construction crew however Cole and Dylan listened to our concerns. They got in an amazing crew with Angel as the crew lead and the work was impeccable!!! Thank you Katie for following up. Again this is a great company who totally took care of us! We look forward to posting pics when we complete the landscaping!

Project manager Dylan and Cole are so professional, prompted, and detailed oriented. Pretty cool guys too.

Cash and team did an amazing job transforming our 1973 original cedar siding to a quality Hardie product that we love. The team had to deal with all types of unusual things that come with original wood siding. Siding that has warped over the years and allowed things to live behind the boards such as bees and even BATS! CSR team took great care to work with us on all of our issues that came up. The crew worked hard during 90 plus degree weather and still managed to clean up their debris each day. Our experience from beginning to end was the best we could hope for. This company is full of people that are honest and truly care about their work and your home. You will be glad you chose CSR. I know we are!! We love our Blue home 🏡.

Overall, this was incredible and painless project. Keith worked with us to get our vision for the new siding and windows and walked us through the plan and process. Vicente was an excellent project manager, and we were so happy with the crew. Siding installation was quick, and I really appreciated how the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. Alex and his team were fantastic with the paint; Oscar's gutter installation was stunningly quick; Rigoberto's work finishing the punch list items brought it all together. Kari was so responsive with questions and finalizing our project on the back end. When you end such a big upgrade and can't think of anything you would have done differently, it's such a relief. From start to finish, working with CSR (Bellwether) was wonderful.

We had a really great experience with Colorado Siding Repair. From the very start, Cash was responsive, upfront and creative. We had to redo a portion of our siding due to cracking and Cash and the team came right out, gave us a few options, including the woodtone product that we ended up going with that no other company suggested. We took a leap of faith to go with the woodtone siding since it's not on many houses. We trusted them that it would look great. The first few days after it was installed we weren't so sure, but it grew on us every day and after a week we love it and think it really improves the look and quality of the exterior of our house.

Timing and price were 2 other key differentiators compared to the other estimates we received. The cracking was causing water damage and they were able to quickly squeeze in our project. We didn't want to have to do this project, but Cash and the team were able to turn a negative into a positive and we're really happy with the end result.

Great experience beginning to end. Laura O., Dylan, Amy, and Angel really took care of us and got what we needed and wanted within a reasonable budget for the project. No complaints and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Colorado Siding Repair was great to work with on our siding project. I spoke to 5 different contractors, and Keith at CSR was the only representative who took the time to answer my questions in great detail. He also didn't expect a commitment on the very first day. He was very knowledgeable about the product and honest about different options for repairing or replacing the siding. On top of that, CSR was very competitive on price. The whole process from signing the contract and scheduling went smoothly with Katelyn answering any questions quickly. The initial walkthrough with Paul was helpful to discuss how the project would go and he was available to answer questions during and after the project. I was very impressed with the installation crew, Mike and Luciano. They were very skillful and took great attention to detail while working on my house. An issue came up with the electrical panel, and Keith and Josh were able to get an electrician out the next day to help with siding work around it. The whole project went smoothly, and CSR was responsive to wrapping up punch-list items at the end of the project. We have had many compliments from neighbors, and I would recommend anyone to give Keith at Colorado Siding Repair a call for their siding projects. Thank you for all the great work!

My experience with Bellwether was excellent. The staff was very professional and responsive to our requests. We worked with Dave Neuhausel, Cole Gulden, Angel (siding crew chief) and Amy Rust on this project. The project included replacement siding, soffits and fascia, and installation of new rain gutters. All work was done on schedule with excellent workmanship evident. A big thank you to all at Bellwether for a job well done.

To update our 75 year old house, we wanted new siding accent walls, a new window, and paint. We have worked with many contractors for renovation and landscaping, so we know how quickly things can go wrong. We were therefore *very impressed* with Colorado Siding Repair, from the initial bid process, through the design, delivery, and final result. They are very professional, personable, and skilled. The crew who did the work showed up on time, paid attention to details, did great work, and were happy to address any issues. The owners and office staff were also a pleasure to work with. When various dates needed to change due to weather or materials, they kept us informed. They do not collect full payment until the project is finished and a final walkthrough is done, with any concerns taken care of. This is a welcome best practice and shows they truly care about customer satisfaction. I would certainly hire them again for a future project. Beyond all of that, our house’s exterior has been transformed from outdated blah and boring to modern urban chic! I would give these guys 100 stars if I could! I am VERY, VERY picky about this kind of work being done on my house and I couldn't recommend them more highly! Cash was our sales rep and he never pressured me in any way. He presented all options to me equally and let me decide if I wanted to move forward and what level of siding to choose. One of our huge issues is that our 1970 house was roasting in the summer and freezing in the winter. He suggested that we put new insulation in as part of the project (although he made NO promises that it would help with heating/cooling of the house). We both HOPED it would and let me tell you, with these upper-90 degree days, we are completely, totally comfortable in our house now. WOW!

I have never in my life seen a group of guys work so hard on a project. Emerson and the rest of the crew who worked on our house were here 12-14 hour days, always smiling, positive, friendly with us and each other, professional.....AND SUPER respectful of our property. I am a freak about my flowers and grass and during this entire project, the siding crew did not injure one blade of grass or one petal on one flower. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day as well.

I added a few things along the way to the project, including wrapping the existing beams (would highly recommend doing this), and Cash, as well as the crew, were happy to do so and did this quickly and professionally.

Our house honestly looks like a brand new house. I realize it costs a lot of money to reside a house and it's a big investment. So of course you want to choose a reputable, honest company that does great work. Colorado Siding Repair is that company. This is the best money we've ever spent! One of my neighbors told me that he'll never be able to sell his house now because ours looks so good - ha! He is looking at doing siding next year - I hope he chooses this company!

Bellwether did a great job on the install of 3 Pella windows & 1 sliding door. Dylan Hardin was right on top of things correcting a mixup of trim materials resulting in a well done project.

Bellwether replaced our 100 year old shingle siding with James Hardy, paying great attention to the detail of our home. From our sales person, Tom, to our installer, Alejandro, the communication and professionalism was top notch. Install went well even with weather delays. Painting was the final phase of the project and communication broke down a bit as Bellwether contracts out for their paint jobs. However, when mistakes were made, Bellwether was quick to address and fix them.

If you have a siding job and want it done to the highest level, hire this company!

Bellwether did a great job putting James Hardie siding on my cabin near Black Hawk. The crew worked quickly and took care of any issues. There were some issues with material delivery, but the PM took care of them and made sure a solution was figured out. Great work! I'm glad I chose to work with them.

Cash, Paul, Katelyn, and the entire team at Colorado Siding Repair were professional, courteous, and responsive. Our most recent project was finished even faster than we had anticipated. Since we were on a tight budget, they worked with us to replace the siding on one side of the house at a time. We really appreciate their beautiful work (see before and after photos below) and can't wait to have them finish the last wall of our house soon.
