Our property had a major pipe break. It turned out to be a 110ft long fire line. We had interviewed 3 companies for quotes.
Todd with 5280 is amazing. From our 1st meeting i knew he was the right guy for our problem. He met me on site and gave me a clear explanation of what work was going to be needed for this huge repair. He set time aside to have a meeting with rest of the board members & management co. He jumped through all the red tape to pull permits needed from the City in record time. His crew was outstanding. They showed up on time, kept a clean and safe work area, made sure site was cleaned up before end of each work day, and courteous with the homeowners. The few issues that arose throughout the process, Todd was always available to meet me on site.
We have nothing but high praise for 5280 and I will not hesitate to call them again for our next repair.

These guys were amazing. Hole in a pipe 8ft under my garage on a pipe going to the fire riser room. They dug, found the hole and had it cut out in 1/2day. They were even kind even to sweep a path to my door so I didn’t have to track dirt indoors. Very professional!

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair clearly, and got us back up and running with minimal downtime. Great communication, fair pricing, and solid workmanship. Highly recommend 5280 Mech for any plumbing or mechanical issues
