Elbert Heating & Air twice, both times were urgent, and both times they went above and beyond. They are my first call when I need help with something.

Rob at Elbert Heating and Air could not have been a friendlier or more knowlegeable HVAC specialist. He identified how to make our 1965 Tri-Level brick house that had never had central air before the most A/C friendly that it could be. He arrived on time for every appointment. He notified us that we needed insulation in our attic before it would reach its full potential- but even came back after installation of the AC to make sure everything was working correctly. We got the insulation in the attic and the AC is working SOOOOOOO good. Great guy, great service, great price. Thanks Rob!

Elbert Heating & Air really went above and beyond for us to help us resolve a serious issue with our year-old boiler. They have existing long-term relationships with so many distributors in town that they were able to come to the rescue for us in so many ways that we are just endlessly grateful. In fact, another highly rated Weil-McLain contractor left us without water for almost 3 weeks, and it was Elbert Heating & Air who was able to resolve the issue in about 3 days. We are endlessly grateful to them and cannot recommend them enough for their honesty, their capabilities and knowledge of the product, their relationships with distributors in the area, and their putting the customer first.

The big complexity to a boiler like Weil-McLain and many other HVAC and tankless water heater, etc., is that if you were to say get a "lemon" like we did, you are only getting a parts warranty. This means that when our year-old boiler stopped working, the company required a part-by-part fix during a supply shortage. We attempted to go through one of their contractors who took forever to get approvals and parts. We were left with 2 children under 6 and us showering, during a pandemic no less, at another location and no hot water to wash our dishes, etc. for more than 3 weeks. Finally, when Elbert got involved, they were in shock at the delays this other company was supposedly experiencing. They found parts in a day or two. When a final part failed, they were on the phone insisting that this was no longer an acceptable state (at this point, our entire boiler had pretty much been replaced without a resolution). They knew we had a bad boiler as much as we did, and they were on our side.

It was so nice to finally feel like we weren't alone, and we were a team with our service team. I will only let Elbert Heating & Air back in again to service my boiler--likely anything else they service too. They are the only people I trust.

These guys are AWESOME!!! My furnace was on the fritz in the middle of a cold snap, but Doug and Rob were there right away to help. They went out of their way actually to accommodate my needs and I couldn't be happier! Thanks guys! (Very reasonable pricing as well!)
