There was an error in billing that became an issue. However, upper management reached out to correct the error in a very professional manner.

Coyote HVAC installed my heat pump two years ago, and I could not be happier. Something on the condenser broke last week, and they came out and fixed it for free because it was still under warranty. Every person that has come out has been professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
