Demetre and his team were outstanding. Our air ducts were disgusting after a complete remodel of the house and within a couple hours, they were spotless. The gentlemen were kind, timely, and efficient. Couldn't recommend this company more!

We had a great experience with Monster Vac! Steve helped schedule our appointment, explaining everything so we knew what to expect. The 2 techs Demetre and Jordan were polite, friendly and professional. They did everything as outlined in the quote. The before and after pictures were impressive, especially the dryer vent! We are very happy with the service and would recommend Monster

Alex and Cesar (sp) are excellent reps of Monster Vac. They kept me informed throughout the cleaning process. Both were personable and acted in a professional manner. After the cleaning of the AC evap coil/filters/blower--the AC has been running more efficiently and we could tell that more air was being sent through the vents.

Lance and his assistant (Jude) did an awesome job cleaning our ducts after the floor was refinished. We really appreciate the time they spent explaining many details of the cleaning process they used. We also appreciate the care they took to avoid damaging the floor and our furniture.

Bryan and Cesar M were excellent! Left my house tidy and were very polite. A pleasure to work with.

I needed a my hvac cleaned after moving into a new home. The system was very dusty from construction and drywall dust. I wanted a reputable company that really got in a cleaned it and not just the visible areas. The prior owners had used a well known HVAC cleaning company (one you see commercials for all the time). Their sticker said they performed the cleaning 18 months ago, but everything was still extremely dusty. Both furnace fans were caked with dust.

Tim came out and he was very nice and professional. He had me walk him through the house and we did a count of vents. He got everything set up and let me know the process. It took about 7 hours from start to finish but everything is clean now. No dust in the vents and both furnaces are clean with new filters.

Moster Vac is probably the best in the business when it comes to this service. They have the extra large vacuum in the back of a large truck, not a van. Highly recommend if you're needing this service.

Technicians Alexander S. and Damion from Monster Vac did an excellent job professionally cleaning the air ducts in my home. They worked efficiently and competently. They provided before and after photos and videos of their work. They explained all aspects of their stages of their work and kept me updated on each stage. They were respectful and professional. I would recommend Alexander S. and Damion without reservation to anyone interested in creating a cleaner living environment.

Thorough clean of two furnaces and all ducts... These guys (Bryan & John) are courteous, hardworking and do a great job. Should have had this done years ago. The price is worth the the results you receive. Don't hesitate to call Monster Vac!

Professionalism across the board- the whole process from booking the appointment to Technician Dom and his assistant arriving promptly on time was outstanding. The technicians explained everything thoroughly and were competent, efficient, and experienced. This is the second time we used Monster Vac and once again they did not disappoint. We purchased a house that had a funky smell in it due to the previous owners growing pot. We repainted, refinished the floors and cleaned top to bottom, but the smell floral dankness remained.

Justin and Brett from MonsterVac showed up on Saturday and did an amazing job. In addition to the standard cleaning, they went above and beyond to remove a piece of 2x4 and an old furnace filter that were trapped in the return. After 3 hours of detailed work the difference can't be overstated.

Monster Vac has the right tools for the job, truck mounted vac, compressed air spinny wand, etc... I've seen some smaller companies use portable vacuum and cordless drill attached to a brush, but that simply won't do a thorough job. Get Monster Vac to come out and do it right and you will breathe easy.

The technicians arrived at 8 am and got started immediately. Both were extremely polite and explained the whole process of the duct cleaning. Very impressed with their work and how timely they completed the job. Our AC now is working without troubles of freezing up after the cleaning. I was really impressed with the duct cleaning service! They not only tackled the mold that was triggering my allergies, but they also swapped out the damaged ducts for some top-notch replacements. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything looking spotless. It’s such a relief to know that the air we’re breathing is now clean and fresh!

Monster Vac came to clean my dryer vent as suggested by my dryer repairman. They talked me through the different methods and got the work done quickly.
When my dryer broke a second time, the repair company said they believed the duct was still blocked. Brian and team came and got on the roof, ensured the duct was indeed clean the first time, and didn't charge me extra for the service.
Hard to find great service these days; especially companies that go above and beyond. Very thankful!
