Had a job done and it was very professionally done. The owner of the company was very willing to go out of his way to accommodate me and was extremely helpful. Ill definitely use this company again for any landscaping needs!

Very thorough, informative, and fast. I will be using them for my backyard for sure. He was there when promised, finished everything in timely manner, and gave a bunch of tips and information for aftercare. They have a good warranty, very friendly and easy to communicate and get a hold of! Recommend!

We had Paul and crew come out to redesign and install a new sprinkler system in our back yard. He was very helpful and went above our expectations. We will have him back out to redo our front yard's system next year.

I moved into a new home this Summer that already had extensive landscaping designed and installed by Paul and his team. As a new owner of the property, I asked Paul to walk me through the plants, drip system, and design. Paul put a tree and some other plants for me and I have a wonderful yard! Really excellent work!

Had an appointment for sprinkler blowouts and they were happily able to squeeze my mom’s sprinklers in too. I would highly recommend!!

Green Co did a great job with my front yard. They rebuilt my restraining walls, removed lots of weeds, laid down new mulch and made the whole area look like new. Great service, great price, highly recommend. From quote to finish they were done in less than a week.

Overall, they provide really great service. Fast workers but happy to explain something to you if you have a question. Great pricing. Very easy payment system. For our last sprinkler turn on Kori did a thorough job checking all of the lines and sprinkler heads. When he noticed our garden box didn't have good coverage he installed an extension free of charge.

If I had one offer for improvement the communication can sometimes be a little sparse. We had to reschedule our first appointment but this was only after reaching out when no one had shown for 40 mins. If a rep is running late it would be great to receive proactive communication. That said, we rescheduled no issue and as noted above the on-site service is terrific.

I am a senior and I am handicapped. I tried to get their attention to stop doing what they were doing and they just ignored me. I Have them on surveillance cause I have surveillance on my lot boundary. These guys always use their blowers to put debris on my porch that could cause me to fall. I really don't want to be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. I also get debris on my car port. Instead of blowing it away from my home they blow it towards my home. I hate having to constantly gather all my strength just to go out and go over what they have done with my blower. I moved here to make my life more easier. They are not thoughtful or considerat. Even on Columbus day they mow at 8:00 AM. I will never recommend them.

No call. No show. Not sure how this group is even still in business. After the first no call, no show, spoke to scheduling employee the following day stating she would call the owner and make things right. Still haven’t heard back from her. Plenty of other services out there - don’t waste your time trying to plan around GreenCo. Find somebody trustworthy.

Paul with GreenCo was very dependable in the past. This past week he was very undependable. On May 1st we scheduled Greenco to come to to aerate and fertilize my yard on May 8th ( I still have his text message to confirm) I prepared my yard for his arrival. May 8th came -no call , no show. I texted and called him about our appointment . He texted me the next day May 9th) and said he had no record of our appointment. he offered to come out that day. I texted him to come out that afternoon and to let me know what it would cost.
AGAIN NO SHOW OR CALL !

Greenco came out and replaced my valve box manifold for my sprinkler system. Paul and a helping hand also replaced a few sprinkler heads at his recommendation, most of which had to be adjusted or replaced myself shortly afterwards which was mildly frustrating. The reason for 1 star is because the manifold they built wasn't sealed correctly and has a small leak. I called them and kindly asked what the options were for a resolution and the receptionist passed my message onto Paul - who, without seeing the issue or speaking to me directly, blamed me for the leak and refused to help. The receptionist called me back to relay this message from Paul. They offered no resolution whatsoever, and a simple request for advice turned sour. I am shocked. Blaming the customer immediately was the last thing I expected and I was nothing but kind when reaching out. I'm wildly disappointed in their service and regret using them when there are so many competitive options. I hope this helps steer someone looking for a similar service to a different company that values their customers and has a shred of accountability.
