Donn, owner of Pristine, was very responsive. He was patient with giving me directions to do "damage control" before his plumbing technicians could get here on Monday morning. Eric, who works for Donn, was efficient, professional and answered all my questions with accurate answers.
I would use them again in a heart beat!

We had a burst pipe in an exterior wall which flood the basement Donn was at the house in minutes. Very courteous, understanding, and an expert at his trade. He explained the problem, the solution, and how to move forward. Thank you Donn and Pristine Plumbing!!!

This was the best experience I have had with a plumber. We had an emergency and Pristine was on site and completed the fix within 3 hours of call. If I could give 10.stars I would. Eric was so professional and helpful and competent.

We were very pleased by the work done by Gabe of Pristine solving our odd water leak under the sink. It got solved quickly and the piping was improved to help the drain function. Highly recommend their service.

I called Pristine Plumbing because my bathroom stank like sewage. I'd cleaned the toilet multiple times, but it still smell. It was super gross. Pristine sent Eric, who was awesome. He walked me through the problem, explained the solution and the costs. My floor had recently been replaced, and the flooring people didn't properly seal the toilet. 15 minutes later, he's giving me a very reasonable bill and telling me to let the sealant set for a couple of hours. I'm a happy customer!

Wow, got a referral to call Donn and he had one of his team come to my house the following morning after my call. I needed my vintage 1958 water entry valve replaced and PRV added. The gentleman that was here got it done in like 45 minutes total and was able to give me some advice on a few other questions I had. Great experience and the fact they got it done the next morning is incredible in these times. Only tip, remember to put back the main Denver Water meter exterior cover. Not a big deal as I put it back easily myself.

Donn and his team at Pristine are consummate professionals. On multiple occasions, I have had them install new toilets, fixtures and water filtration systems and their work has been fantastic. They have provided accurate quotes upfront, are prompt and easy to communicate with, and leave their work areas cleaner than what they found them. There aren't enough good things to say about Pristine Plumbing. Donn, the owner, came out on his day off to inspect and fix a leak we had on our top floor. Not only did he quickly fix our leak but he was genuinely a great person to chat with. This is a great local company that charges a fair price for excellent work!

When a water heater stops working, you want it replaced quickly. Pristine Plumbing was quick, efficient and a good value compared to other plumbing companies. Juanita in the office and Eric, along with another plumber were very responsive, polite and professional.

Donn did a quick and outstanding job on fixing a leaky drain pipe. We are new homeowners so he helped with locating our master cut off valve and showed us how to turn on water to the irrigations system.

Despite the late arrival, Donn quickly and thoroughly tackled and completed two plumbing issues: replacing a garbage disposal and an ancient bathtub drain in about 45 minutes. He was kind, professional, and has worked in the plumbing trade for over 40 years. I highly recommend him and Pristine Plumbing.

Donn is the consummate professional! I texted him after hours and he got back to me right away. He was able to come fix the leak in my 20-year old pump within a day despite his busy schedule! Eric, name of plumber, showed up on time and was very professional. He wore booties in the house which we appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the exterior leak as well as resolved an issue with our whole house water filtration system. This is the third time we used Pristine Plumbing and highly recommend.

They were able to respond within two hours of my call. Had a leaking sprinkler shut off valve. While they were here I also had them replace the house water shut off valve. Gabe and Brandyn were both courteous, polite, and professional in their demeanor and work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing repair needs.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and PRICING. Pristine Plumbing should be your first call for your plumbing needs. With three toilets in need of service and upgrades, we called Pristine Plumbing on the recommendation of our Realtor. We were not disappointed. Scheduling a service date and time was fast and efficient. The plumber arrived on time and followed all COVID protocols. His work was expertly done, and the pricing was quite reasonable. Pristine even honored my service with a military discount. We called Pristine a few weeks later for some follow-up work. This time, the owner Donn Botzum handled the call. Donn was incredibly friendly and efficient and took care of everything on our list. Most surprisingly, Donn refused to charge for the follow-up visit or even for the parts and labor. Most incredible. I want to thank Donn and Pristine for the great service and wonderful treatment.

It was very easy to schedule the service (replace back-flow prevention device and a portion of pipe).
Donnn showed up promptly and was very professional and friendly. He had all the parts and tools to complete the repair and completed it quickly. I 100% would recommend Pristine to any of my friends in need of plumbing services.

I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing. We could not be happier with the quality of work, cost, value for the money, and professionalism. Donn, Eric and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have completed multiple jobs in our home including a new gas line to our outdoor grill, faucet installation and water heater installation. The water heater installation was almost half the cost of other estimates.

Donn was exceptional in his service and expertise- he replaced a refrigerator line, a toilet tank system, and answered our many plumbing questions. The price was fair, clear, and reasonable, I give my highest recommendation.

Pristine always sends out friendly and courteous plumbers who are efficient and good at their jobs. We had a leaky toilet valve and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem in less than 10 minutes. Everyone from scheduling to the plumbing technicians are friendly and responsive. Truly exceptional customer service.

Called Don and the team on short notice. They were organized and even called to see if they could come early. They helped talk through some options of how to repair my toilet and gave zero pressure to upsell me anything. I ended up running to Home Depot to buy my own new toilet and ran back for them to install it… they guarantee no issues with the install for a year… so if anything does come up I can just call em back out for free.

Super reasonable fair pricing for dialed professional service (not just someone doing side work). I will use them again!
