We reached out to Chris when our water heater went defunct unexpectedly. When I reached out, he was extremely communicative and flexible with scheduling an appointment. And after the walk through, he was able to offer a competitive price.
He was very respectful and prompt, and I will be working with him for future repairs!

Great guys. Responsive and honest. Went the extra mile for me when a brand new toilet they installed had a crack - they took it back, got a new one and re-installed same day, making it a much longer day for them than planned.

Chris did an amazing job rerouting my grease trap line into the sewer line. He got me a quote fast, was available quick, and the work itself is very well done. Highly recommend.

Westside Plumbing is highly recommended. They have replaced toilets, faucets, water lines, an AC/furnace, 2 water heaters, drains, shower spouts, water filtration systems, drain disposals and have done digital consultations walking me through other problems and diagnoses to where I can work on it myself when I have the time and capacity. Once you develop an establishment with them, their growing knowledge of your home's plumbing becomes really valuable.

I’ve relied on them for various projects including consulting on building a brand new bathroom and laundry room, simple toilet flush issues, troubleshooting shower fixture issues and natural gas connections. They clearly know what they were talking about and answer all my novice questions to make me feel comfortable. They are also so easy to get ahold - they text, email, and call. Wow. What prompt, kind professionals. Their bid was not the lowest but it was lower than the average. And they consistently did what they said they were going to do, when promised! So refreshing. And they cleaned up! I went through calls to several plumbers who we’re unapologetic no-shows or two hours late and acting like I was lucky to have them. Then I found Chris and Luis on Nextdoor. They will do all the work at my home from now on. I’ll post photos once the new bathroom is complete! But they did their part and they did it well.

When we bought our house our electric water heater wasn’t cutting it for a full warm shower and fully kicked the bucket within a month! Chris was on site the next day with a reasonable quote and was able to install the new 50 gallon gas water heater the next day! Thank you west side !!

I texted him pictures of the problem and he quickly responded with a reasonable quote and was able to come by the next day to fix it! I would highly recommend Chris at Westside Plumbing for your plumbing needs. He replaced a hot water heater and did an excellent job. Most importantly, he didn’t try to overcharge us like the bigger plumbing companies did (we received multiple quotes). We also had an issue with our toilet, and he fixed that quickly for us, as well. It’s nice to know we have someone we can trust for our plumbing needs that will get the job done and not try to overcharge us.
