Jacob was very accommodating and got us scheduled for install the next day when our old furnace failed. James, the installer, was amazing! He was on time professional and did a great job.

You'll never find a better bunch of guys for your HVAC needs. They came for a quote Monday and my furnace and air conditioner was installed and working the next day. Friendly and professional, they really know what they are doing and the 4 of them worked like a well oiled machine. Everything was installed in just a few hours. I'll never use anyone else. If I could give Jacob and his employee 10 stars, I would. They are more than professionals, they are by far the most fair when it comes to prices. They installed a new AC unit, furnace, UV light, and full house humidifier for us, and we are sooo very pleased! Stop looking and comparing because you cannot go wrong with Advise Heating and Air. They are the best out there!

Zach did a great job of responding when I had furnace problems in February and it was really cold. He got his team to get the furnace running quickly and in a few days they were out to install a 96% energy efficient furnace at a reasonable price compared to other HVAC companies I had spoken to in the recent past.

Prompt, Honest, offer options with no pressure. Transparent friendly service. They explain every step clearly. Reasonable, fair prices. Senior discounts. Best heating and Air company I have ever dealt with which number 7 or 8 for 3 homes I have owned.

We highly recommend Jacob from Advise Heating & Air! He purchased and installed our new water heater and we were very pleased with everything! He is dependable, prompt, honest, and very fair! We would and are using his firm again to do other projects.

The owner of Advise Heating & Plumbing, Jacob, personally took his time on a weekend to come to our house and inspect our air conditioning unit that wasn't working. He inspected, advised and then fixed our unit and even inspected the furnace which was above and beyond. I highly recommend Advise for all of your HVAC needs. I have nothing but amazing comments for Advise Heating and Air. I needed a new furnace and A/C unit and got bids from a couple other places but Jacob and his team was the best decision. They’re professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Jacob and Zach explained all the steps from removal of the old units to installing the new ones, to showing you everything when it’s complete and answering any questions along the way.

A HUGE bonus also for the whole team being extremely kind and patience with my doggo. She enjoyed all the extra pets and play time breaks outside (Tuna girl says thank you).

I cannot emphasis enough to call them first if you have ANY job, repair or maintenance for your HVAC home system. Thank you for everything!

Jacob and the team came out same day, during the cold weather, to ensure we had a proper running furnace. He told me he would be here at a certain time and he was. Explained exactly what was going on and got it up and running super quick. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they are trustworthy and reliable!

I can’t say thank you enough to Jacob, Zach and the crew of Advise Heating & Air for coming out at the end of what I’m sure had been a very busy day (cold snap of 12/22) to replace our dead furnace. There was no way to fix or 60+ year old furnace, but Jacob made sure that we were taken care of. He called in his team at 2:30 in the afternoon on their day off to make sure we would have heat for Christmas. I am so grateful for kind and caring people who still look out for others. If you ever need a good HVAC company these guys are the best!!!

Zach has been so pleasant to work with. They were our second bid. The first company said we needed a completely new furnace for $15k and to fix our other one for $3k. Zach came out and said we could fix both for $2k total. Wowee! Plus, he was just a good person.

Fast service and fair pricing. Our AC kept freezing over and Advise was recommended by a plumber we used recently. I called and they had a person out the next day. The blower motor on the condenser was failing and the system was pretty old. I took a day to think it over and get second opinions but Jacobs price was pretty reasonable to me. We replaced the whole AC portion. I think he did a nice job on the install and although it is allot of money to replace an AC his price was very fair.

TL;DR: Awesome service, great options and detailed breakdown, quick and easy. Jacob was very professional and helpful, and a nice guy to talk with. Will be using them for all future service needs.

After coming home from vacation, I walked into a 50 degree house. My furnace was not turning on for some reason. I had seen Advise just down the street from me and decided to give them a call and find out if they could help. Jacob took my call and told me he could be over to check it out in about 45 minutes. He arrived within that time frame and found the issue almost immediately. He gave me options for pricing and times, said they could get it back up and running same day. It took a few hours to have someone get the part from a 3rd party and I received a call that he would be back in 15 minutes if that worked for me. 15 minutes later, he was back and installing the new part. All in all, he was in the house for about an hour and everything is running smooth again. He also cleaned out the furnace and replaced another small part out of courtesy. He did explain and suggest another part he would replace at some point in the future, but said it wasn't urgent at this time. It did get noted on their end, so if I decided to replace it I wouldn't have to figure that all out again. I can't thank them enough for how quick and easy this process was, especially right before temps dropped again.

Our AC broke and my kids’ bedrooms upstairs were immediately getting uncomfortably hot. Jacob and his crew were at our house right away, and had a new AC installed by the end of the day. Jacob was amazing to work with and his crew is awesome! Not only that, but the cost was lower than other estimates we received. We couldn’t recommend Advise more! It’s so nice to come across a business that is honest and really cares about the work they’re doing.

Advise came highly recommended from a local mom’s group- and they were so right! They were able to fit us in same day, I couldn’t believe it! Our heater was not working and they were quick, efficient, and very professional. They even offered us a quick DIY solution, and I was blown away when we were not offered a million up charges. We will be calling them to come check out our AC when the weather is warmer- I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the need for any HVAC service.

If the Rating Scale for Advise Heating had the option of a 10 Star Rating, my wife and I would definitely give Jacob and his entire team a 10+. Even though they are extremely busy during this time of year, Advise Heating responded to ALL of our homeowner needs in a very short period of time! Not only was their professionalism amazing but the quality of workmanship was incredible. The whole team definitely went above and beyond our expectations in the replacement of an AC Unit as well as a new Furnace. Their pricing was extremely competitive and we will be highly recommending them to anyone who is in need of service or repair! Excellent customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. Zach came out to price a new HVAC system after our 25 year old beast gave out. Answered all questions, gave a variety of solutions and estimates. They were at the house within a week and had it up and running by noon. Highly recommend.

Honest pricing without upcharge, significantly cheaper than competition that came to give the same service and did a quick and quality job, hire them!
