Our Tankless water heater went out. We called and they were up first thing the next day. Unfortunately the part we needed was delayed, but they kept me updated every step of the way. Will use this company every time!

Other technicians from another company had tried to fix my heating problem. I paid another company too much money and they didn’t ultimately fix it. The MH plumbing technicians came out and corrected the problem. I’ve heard good things around town as well about the owner. I trust them, and would hire them again without hesitation..

Mark, Trevor, Brad and the team are excellent at what they do. Seriously impressed with craftsmanship and attention to detail and familiarity with the latest technology. They did everything in my new mountain home. Amazing.

MH is the best in town! They have always been so quick to respond to (& fix) our issues with hot water heaters, HVAC issues, and plumbing. All of the technicians are extremely nice, and they are so reasonably priced.

M&H Plumbing has always been there for all of our plumbing needs. Responding when I had an emergency situation with my hotwater heater and toilet flow valves. Kind and considerate employees on the phone and servicing reps.

I’m very disappointed. Have use MH Plumbing for several years. Technicians were great & knowledgeable. However, I was billed for 1 1/2 hours of service when it was an hour. I called & explained the situation, asked the office manager to discuss with the owner to allow them to make it right. Never heard back. I called again & was informed it was what it was. I asked the office manager to discuss with the owner again. Still no answer back. I called & left a message, I did not receive a call back. Just called again & was told the owner said it was what it was. Very disappointing & poor customer service. I will be using someone else for my plumbing/heating needs in the future!

Replacd kitchen sink faucet. Took a long time and put it on backwards

VERY poor--stay away from this company. Took a job matching another company's firm-fixed-price bid for $800 then sent a bill for $997 for doing the work agreed to. Owner, Mark Holler is very rude. I contacted him and agreed to pay the agreed upon $800 price. He became extremely irate and took the discussion personal with character assinations, name calling, threats etc. in a very irrational manner. I'm a business owner myself and truly wonder how he has stayed in business this long if this is how he operates with customers. Plenty of other plumbing and heating companies in the area--use one of them--I willl from now on.
