The person that came to do do the quote and the person that did the install were both fantastic! We had a humidifier installed on our HVAC.

The two Protech technicians had a great "bedside" manner! Easy to talk with, professional/ built confidence in Protech. It was readily apparent Protech has technicians who are enthusiastic about their service.

2 days later. They are great because the owner of the company is the kind of person who took the initiative to call me and said he will have done what ever it takes to make things right, in just two days from now. That is the kind of company I recommend.

Curran Dunne was my ProTech technician that came and serviced my furnace. It is not in an easy to reach place, but Curran had no complaints. He was quickly able to identify the problem, source the part, and return the next day to complete the repair. Thank you Curran, and ProTech, for the quick response and reliability.

Zach, master plumber, flushed our water heater tank and instructed me on how to change the filters on the water filtration system. Excellent instruction, polite, and prompt. Very satisfied with the service we have always received there.
