We have a rental property in Estes and unfortunately our tenants called us and said the heat wasn’t working. Not living in Estes we called a couple of companies (2) but they were booked and couldn’t come till next day. I called Somerville Service and was able to book online, thankfully they had availability for that day. He come out and repaired the unit. The price was reasonable and my tenants said he even wore booties which I truly appreciated. He even called me to explain what had happened. I am now considering having him install a ductless split system. Very happy with this young man and his professionalism.

Cole and James were awesome to work with and the results are great. We had a challenging multi-zone ductless mini-split HVAC job and they did a great job. The fit and finish are professional and clean. They communicated well and showed up when they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner. We installed a multi-zone Mitsubishi system that is super quiet and efficient. Our home's upper floor gets hot on summer days and that won't be an issue any more.

Cole also guarantees his work. It's great to have such a great company and professionals working here and serving Estes Park.

I had a great experience with Somerville Service working with Cole and Justin. They were incredibly responsive, professional and affordable in their work on two projects at my cabin in Estes Park: 1) coming out the same day and quickly diagnosing the source of a leak at my propane tank and revealing it was the responsibility of the propane delivery service to fix it and 2) with a few day's notice coming out and inspecting my DIY installation of a ductless mini split AC unit to ensure it was done correctly and then handling the system start up for me. I enthusiastically give Somerville Service my 5-star plus recommendation and I am confident you will have a great experience working with them.

Cole did a phenomenal job on the installation of a mini split unit at our home in Estes. He was on time, made many positive recommendations for the best ascetics for the unit, and made all the arrangements for the permitted electrical work. Above all though, I was impressed with the professional and honest manner which Cole brought to his work. Even when it took time to finalize the permits/inspections because of the rental schedule at the home, Cole followed through to the conclusion and ensured all the inspections passed and permits were secured. All the work was done on time and to scope. Cole and Somerville Service earned my trust, I look forward to working with them on the next project, and I highly recommend them to others pursuing HVAC work in the Estes area.
