Reyna and her team do a wonderful job! They are reliable and arrive when expected. They work efficiently, and our house is so clean after their visits. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they care for your furniture and home as if it were their own. Reyna and her crew are cheap but you get what you pay for. Different people every time difficult to communicate as I don’t speak Spanish. They have broken things in the past and never put small tables or rugs back where they were. Hide stuff from our counters in random draws. Often leave their dirty cleaning rags on tables in our house. Etc Last straw was when they threw out a bag of my son’s toys. When asked to “make it right” I was told no if they did that they wouldn’t have a profitable business. Leads me to believe bad stuff must happen regularly. I’m sure the positive reviews are because she offers a free cleaning for a good review. We were offered that. Should have fired them years ago!
