The guys were on time and worked very efficiently. Great customer service. Did the job quickly and professionally. The price was fair for the work performed. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Great company would refer to anybody.

We always receive great service from River Valley. Dom and Mike made sure everything was just right with my new toilet, and happily answered all my questions and concerns. They were quick, friendly and professional. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Why can’t all companies be this AWESOME!!?? We had a problem with our hot water heater and they showed up in less that 12 hours to install a new, tankless hot water heater. They worked tirelessly all day to get it done. Very, very friendly and professional. All around amazing! I really am at a loss for words on how excellent they are! Thank you SO much, River Valley Plumbing. FANTASTIC!!

From the time I called to make an appointment until the completion of the job, I was privileged to speak with staff members who were professional and friendly. My Mom’s neighbor recommended this company to us. We needed to install a water line with a shut off valve for a new fridge. We LOVED our experience with River Valley Plumbing and Heating. They responded to our request for help quickly. Our plumber was courteous and very experienced, and did an amazing job. The price was so reasonable!! What more could we ask? I would recommend them for sure.

I had a boiler issue and Amy sent Cory right over, Cory is what I’d call “good people “ he is very knowledgeable and very friendly! I will definitely be spreading the word on how good this company is, river valley is very lucky to have an employee like Cory!!!

Good day to you All and Thank you, we are new to the area and we were in need of a plumber. We contacted a couple of places in Canon City and waited and waited for someone to call us back. I contacted River Valley Plumbing and Heating and within a couple of hours, we had a responce from them and they sit us up with a Plumber (Mike Nightie). We have to say that Mike was everything that we had hoped for. He completed the help we needed (hotwater heater repacement). Mike was very professional about everything he did and let us know exactly what was going on during this process. Plus he was very pleasent to talk with as well! All we can say at this moment is, "Thank You"! Rest asure you can depend on River Valley Plumbing to get you the help that you need. Hopefully they will send you out Mike Nightie or someone that is as good as he was. We now have River Valley sending us out a furance tech. to check out our furnace. Thanks again

River Valley continues to provide fast, quality service in the Canon City area and beyond. This time I had a backed up sewer, which I have never had before. On the phone and in person, they set me at ease letting me know they could fix it. After I called, Taylor was out to fix the issue within a few hours. Speedy service, quality work and friendly people - this is one of my favorite local businesses to support in the area.

After over 2 months of waiting for a return call from another company, I called River Valley on Friday at noon. I had a return call at 1 and 2 technicians at my house at 4:30! They had our house warm for this weather in an hour and a half at a more than fair price! Very professional and honest. Thanks Matt and your helper as well as the office lady who took my call! We appreciate you fitting us in and being kind enough to go the extra mile to help during such a busy time.

I had a drain pipe from my kitchen that broke into 2 pieces in my crawl space. Rory from River Valley replaced the line that broke and he replaced the drain pipes under the kitchen sink so that the system functioned better than it has in 20+ years! All of this at an affordable price too! I will have River Valley replace the remaining drain system in my home soon. Thank-You Rory for getting us up and running again!

This is an update to my previous review because I had River Valley Plumbing replace the remaining drain pipes in my home in addition to the one that was an emergency replacement. Rory, Dominick and Taylor from River Valley Plumbing completed the work on this occasion. They were punctual, professional and completed the replacement of the remaining drain pipes in my home in less than 8 hours. The quality of the work would be what I would rate as excellent. This is the second project that I hired River Valley Plumbing for and once again, they didn’t disappoint! They truly care about their customers and want them to be happy with the quality of the work. I genuinely appreciate the hard work that was put into this project. Thank-You again for the excellent service!

Josh and Tyler were very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. They were able to answer questions about their work and my hot water system. The price was a welcome, reasonable cost and matched the original estimate. I will use River Valley for additional work without hesitation.

This is a new review {June 25, 2025} for the work Greg did on toilet installations. He was careful bringing supplies into and out of the house. There was no mess for me to clean up. The new toilets did not have excess wax around the bottom. Greg was friendly, on time and shared tips for toilet bowl cleaning and maintenance. And as always, the office staff were easy to work with on products and scheduling.

Wonderful people! Service was exceptional from office staff to repair man. Fair prices to boot! Will always use this company for any and all plumbing issues!!

Called today (Saturday early AM) and got their on-call weekend tech Mike. He was super helpful and helped with our leak like a pro. Could not have found a more responsive, friendly plumber after hours.
Will recommend and use in the future!
