On time, very polite and fixed our fridge door within minutes. The tech was very kind, and easily fixed the door, and asked me if it was solved to my standard. I highly recommend!

Rick at Bob's repair was kind and courteous. He worked on our dishwasher and had it diagnosed and fixed fast. Bob's repair was able to do it all under our original warrantee at no cost to us. Highly recommend.

Bruce came out and diagnosed our refrigerator problem in 15 seconds and returned the next day to fix it. He was very professional and kind, and the whole experience was a minimum of hassle for us. We had very good service from this company.

Despite the large window of service, noon to 4pm, the handyman (Marc?) Was really laid back and shot me a heads up call so that I could meet him from work. Charged me a very fair rate for my dryer and left a card for potential issues that would be covered under a 30 day warranty. I will be using Bob's Appliance in the future when the inevitable happens!

Woodie came over to check our dishwasher for warranty service he was very helpful. Super nice guy, had a good experience with Bob's.

Rick came out to look at our dishwasher today. We were having a wild morning with a conference call and getting the baby setup with the sitter. Rick was so nice and patient. And he handled my husbands anger toward the machine so well. Lol. After a lot of diagnosing and a couple calls to other technicians we got some instructions and we will get back in touch if it doesn't resolve. Rick is a seriously awesome professional tech.

We called Bob's Appliance to see if they could come out and work on our fridge. We were in a pinch because the fridge had just croaked. We were worked in that day and he even was early, which was great. Uland showed up and immediately diagnosed our fridge and instead of telling us to fix it and spend $1800 doing so, he said they recommend to purchase a new one. He gave recommendations on which types of fridges to avoid. It was a great experience and we'll be keeping their card on hand to use them for future needs.

They did exactly what they said they would do--no surprises--and the personal service from Rick and his trainee was way beyond my expectations having read other reviews on here. I had an issue with a cook-top that was under warranty. I was apprehensive at first because GE paired me up with these guys and their reviews leave something to be desired. That said, Rick came out for like five minutes (right on time) to take a look, get some part numbers and place an order. The parts came in, we set up another appointment, Rick came out again with a new guy.

I sat there doing laundry watching Netflix while he talked the new guy through the job. They had the cook top disassembled and back together in under an hour. Didn't waste any time, didn't make small talk, the new guy asked good questions and Rick coached him along. When they wrapped up, they headed out to the next job like professionals. Stove is like new.

If I were to ding them on anything, it's the lady who takes your call and sets up appointments. She's a little rough around the edges and sort of yelled at me because my cell phone coverage sucked after she called me. But hey, it's kinda charming and I'd rather talk to someone local like her fifty times than deal with some call center in the Philippines or some tool at the Comcast/Apple/Verizon store. Give em a shot.

Had another appliance company come out and said the dryer was fine even though it was not drying clothes. Called Bob's Appliance and they were out the very next day. In seconds Uland could tell there was no heat, had a new heating element with him and made the repair within about 20 min. Very happy and plan to use them again.

Our front load washer quit draining and Woody arrived on time and was very professional, prepared, and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Front loaders were new to us and after his visit I needed some additional information which Rick provided instantly by phone. A great experience all around. Thanks.

Wow. Amazing. Have used Bob's for many years and they never let me down ever. They always go above and beyond to get me taken care of. Belinda and her crew are amazing. The technicians are professional and efficient in repairs. Highly recommendable.

I've worked with bobs for well beyond a decade now. The team there is always very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They have installed and serviced all the products at my home and business and I couldn't be happier. Woodie is a pro at fixing our refrigerators and always a pleasure to talk to.

We’ve used Bob’s Appliance for years, always had good experiences. Fixed our dryer recently, and an electric issue with our fridge. Honest folks that never try to upcharge or take advantage.

We use Bob's Appliance for appliance repairs for our apartment community. We appreciate that they are a local business. They are always responsive and easy to schedule appointments with. During service calls they are very respectful of our tenants. The techs are very good about diagnosing issues and communicating what needs to be done in an efficient manner. Turn around time between diagnostic call/appointment and repair is very timely. Overall very reliable and knowledgeable appliance repair company.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received. Marc and his partner arrived and within about 10 minutes had determined the problem with the dryer. I had done everything I could, including cleaning the vent tubes and testing and replacing two parts but could never solve the problem. Within about 15 more minutes they had it fixed and were on their way, after giving me tips about how I could maintain and fix things in the future. I highly recommend this service team.

My home warranty company contracted Bob''s Appliance to access/repair my dishwasher that was working very poorly to clean dishes and my built in microwave that had completely stopped working. I found Bob's Appliance team to be extremely effective in their communication. I understood what needed tO be replaced for the repairs and was given an expected time frame for the parts to arrive for the repairs to be completed. And everything went as the team at Bobs Appliance said it would. Very pleased with their service.

Had Bob's come out for a dryer that was getting too hot and squeaking. Technician (Uland) was friendly, efficient, and extremely competent. Had the parts available on his truck and resolved our issues. Explained everything. We've used them before and will certainly call them again if we have any appliance problems.

Service techs were all so so so so nice to work with and I highly recommend their work. The stars are for them.

The lady who answers phones in the office is not kind though, not sure if she’s the normal customer service provider or not.

All three techs I worked with were communicative and kind.

Found our washing machine leaking on a Friday and called Bob's. Was able to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday with a morning arrival. Marc arrived a little after 11 am, was super courteous, and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He had the part on hand to get us fixed and was done in under an hour.

Fingers crossed we don't need appliance repair any time in the near future, but if we do, I will be calling Bob's!

officially hiring Shay to deliver all the bad news in my life! Called these guys out to see if they could repair my fridge’s water dispenser. Unfortunately it could not be repaired (the model requires the whole door to be replaced, which is no longer made), but Shay was so upbeat and happy and he was truly a ray of sunshine even when giving me the bad news!
