Jon and his team were great to work with. They replaced the siding on my rental and did an amazing job. I’ve referred them to a lot of friends and family because they were so easy to get ahold of, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend them.

We live here in Fort Collins and Jon was able to accommodate everything we needed. Built a beautiful pergola in our backyard. We also have several other projects lined up with him. He’s been our go to contractor for several years now and wouldn’t use anybody else.

Jon Base and Tim at GFR did and amazing rennovation on our residence in Fort Collins! They piped the top of the Garrage and added a master suite and then added a family room as well as ceiling vaulting and finish. They do excellent work and communicate well. They are quality humans and great business people!! I highly recommend them!!!

Jon’s team recently tiled the bathroom floor in my 115-year-old cottage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Working in an older home always comes with surprises, but they handled everything with professionalism, creativity, and real attention to detail.
The tile work is absolutely beautiful, and the finished floor fits the character of the house perfectly. They took the time to make sure everything was level and done right, even with the quirks that come with a house this old. The workspace was kept clean, communication was great throughout the project, and the final result exceeded my expectations.

GFR Construction has completed 3 major projects for us and that won’t be our last. First, they came to our rescue when we had to fire our other contractor and were able to complete a major bathroom remodel in a very short time frame. Secondly, they did a complete deck tear down and expansion. Lastly, they did a full kitchen/fireplace/entry way remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results of all of the projects. Jon is very attentive and responsive and his workers do exceptional work. I would highly, highly recommend them.

The last thing I expected to be doing was tearing out my bathroom and kitchen because of water damage. GFR Construction came up with a plan quickly and guided me through a million decisions.

They handled everything: structural repairs, plumbing, cabinet sourcing and installation, electrical improvements, lighting, tile installation, door installation, improved venting, drywall repair. They even spent time helping me pick out tile at the store.

Really feel fortunate to have found them. Jon, Tim and their crew were always positive, professional, and detail-oriented. Their estimates were accurate and the communication was always clear.

My kids and I are loving our new kitchen and bathroom!
