Matt did an amazing job cleaning our carpet!!! It truly looks fantastic! I plan on using The Carpet Guy again.

I will never use another company in the future, I was so impressed! The Carpet Guy is awesome and I highly recommend! Matt was able to come on the day I called for a very unpleasant puppy situation and did an amazing job.

I moved into a rental and the carpet was still wet from a previous cleaning. There was a dirty spot in the bedroom and it was soaked with water. Matt did an amazing job of cleaning the carpets. I felt comfortable to move my furniture in after that. He was on time, friendly, caring, and professional. I will definitely call him again and refer him to others.

Very nice family owned business, dedicated not only to the job being done but the best interest of their customer. Not out for your money, very communicative and dedicated. I’m extremely happy and recommend them over other local options!

I would definitely recommend Matt! We had just purchased a new home in frederick and scheduled a cleaning and when he arrived our power was off. After trying to get my power back on for over 2 hours he patiently wait still got the job done so we could still move in on time. He did great job at making sure our carpet was clean and went above and behind for us! I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone!

This was a commercial space that hadn'tbeen cleaned in years.
The appointment started by me telling Matt, I had just vacuumed. His reply was, "I will do it again, because that is part of my 3 step process". I knew then, it was going to be a job well done and it was.
Matt was very thorough and took it upon himself to rework areas that were more soiled. When the job was completed, the space smelled fresh and was sparkling clean. I would recommend his services, in a heartbeat!

Matthew was very efficient in getting the job done. He was also extremely pleasant and communicative. I find it awkward having folks enter my home who are unwilling to talk so I really appreciated it personally. The carpet looks and smells very fresh. I have a dog who had several accidents in there and while they didn't leave stains due to my immediate spot cleaning, I feel much better now that's it's been professionally treated. He was also reasonably priced and the only carpet cleaner who picked up when I called. Will def use him in the future if/when the need arises.

Matt and his son went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He cleaned the carpets and area rugs that were extremely dirty from our dogs. They look brand new. I am very grateful for them, and we recommend them.

Matt was great to work with. Quick response, thorough cleaning, and a super nice guy. It is not fast, but it’s because he really cleans deeply and does not just breeze through. I will keep using him for any deep cleaning needs.

We’ve had our carpets cleaned by several other companies over the years and they could not get out some very hard stains yet Matt was able to get them all out. Matt has such a great process of three steps of cleaning, which is so much better than the other carpet cleaning outfits. I previously rented one of those big, bulky carpet cleaners, bought the solution, hauled it home, and cleaned my carpet to no effect. Waste of time and money. I tried multiple sprays and foams for pet stains, no effect.

Then I hired Matt, and my carpet looks as new as the day I moved in!! All the pet stains are gone (I would've taken a before and after pic if I'd known it would be that dramatic)! It was quick and easy to get an appointment, and his prices were great. Thanks, Matt!

We highly recommend Matt at Carpet Guy cleaning services. Every one of his positive reviews is true!!! Matt went over and beyond the call of duty when he came to take care of the rental house carpets for cleaning. We are out of state and trusted him with his work. We found him online and did not have a referral . Not only did he do an amazing job with the cleaning(according to our property manager and pics sent), he found some things that needed to be fixed which our property manager missed. He was extremely communicative, showed up when he said he'd show up and his price was very fair. We've had other carpet cleaners through the years and we definitely will be using Matt again and highly recommend him!

Five stars all the way around. I’m very glad that I booked with this company! he arrived on time just as he said, and explains the whole process. He was even able to explain it to my partner in Spanish, which I am very grateful for. The whole process took about an hour and the results were amazing! I was very concerned that he wasn’t going to be able to get out my dogs urine from the carpet however, I was completely wrong! Not only did he get out stains and dark spots from the carpet I no longer got a whiff of dog pee in the master bedroom! 👏 when I move out, I will most definitely be hiring him again and I recommend all renters do as well!

Matt was incredibly friendly, respectful and did a great job on the carpets in our new rental. He was as speedy as possible however didn't sacrifice time for the quality of work presented. After a small emergency with our cleaning company in which they tampered with the carpet after Matt's incredible job, he came back out and did the best he could to make it right and fix it. He will be our carpet expert for life because of his great quality of work and attitude. Thanks Matt!

Matt is definitely the best carpet cleaner that I have ever used! I have been going through other companies for years and I didn't realize the shortcuts that they take until I saw the process that He go's through. I paid a professional (top of the list company)to come out and clean the carpet and they were pleasant and polite but their equipment and process is just not good enough to do a proper cleaning and they did not get out the heavy stains at all. Matt came over and cleaned the carpet and I couldn't believe how much dirt he got out and this was 6 hours after the other company left! If you want a quality, good clean that's actually clean trust me and call the Carpet Guy Co.!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATT! Matt is the ultimate professional who is very thorough and demonstrates pride in workmanship. We had Matt come over for carpet cleaning and last minute we asked if he could do our upholstery (sectional couch).
