Be sure to ask for Randie--only cleaner since we bought our house in 2012 who actually got even the edges of the steps clean.

We've used Carpet Master for several years now. He's very good at what he does, is mindful of corners, etc. Once done, no spots have come back - meaning he doesn't have to come back twice - we like this company a lot!!!

Randi showed up at the time we had agreed on, in fact he was a couple minutes early. He is a very likable man and his carpet cleaning is top notch. I would highly recommend Randie and Carpet Master for your carpet cleaning needs.

We used several carpet cleaning companies before finding Randie. He can get out our dog stains like no one else could. He is also so kind, timely, and professional.

I have used Carpet Master many times over the years. Randie is the owner and does all the cleaning himself so you always get the job done right. He is also the friendliest guy you'll ever meet.

Randie did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, upholstery and area rug. He tackled some pretty deep stains and traffic patterns, and our 12 year old carpet has never looked better. He is friendly and professional - I would highly recommend him!

I had some pet stains in a carpet that needed to be looked at and Randie came out. He did a spot treatment and that took care of it! Very timely and professional - highly recommend!

Randy is amazing! On his way out from doing our bedrooms he asked if I wanted him to do my rug really quick before he leaves… of course YES! Had no idea it was that dirty.

Even though we had to cancel the cleaning, Randie spent a generous amount of time walking us through the entire process of removing pet odors, explaining different carpet materials and brands, and even helping us figure out the best places to purchase new carpet.

Randie and his wife—the owners—are truly top-notch humans. In the middle of a stressful and overwhelming experience, they were the bright spot. They genuinely care about people, not just profit, and it shows in every conversation.

We ended up hiring them to clean the carpets in our rental property and can’t imagine using anyone else. It feels good to spend our hard-earned money not only with experts in the field, but with people who truly care.

We honestly cannot recommend them enough.
